The process took too long. I was at the salon from 10:45 am until 12 pm. I was not satisfied as she did not fill in the nail at that base of the cuticle which causes the polish to pool. I think this is a trick to get you to come back sooner for a refill. The nail should be smooth from cuticle to the tip of the nail with the polish. You should see this dip when your nails grow out from the original nail after services not on the day of getting new nails. This technician said she did not see anything wrong and became very angry. She refused to fix the defect. I asked her to remove the polish and I had to go to another nail shop to get this corrected. The second shop did an excellent job although I had to pay to get them to correct the sloppy work that Regal Nails in Walmart, at 5501 HWY. 6 did. I will mo longer go to this Regal Nail location.

I felt extremely disrespected at this place. I wanted long nails but the lady instead gave me short nails. I absolutely hate short nails. I went to another salon and got my nails redone. I ended up spending a lot but at least the other place gave me what you wanted.

Took way to long. Me and my friend were a hurry to do our nails we went to at least 5 other nail salons but they all couldn't take us or were WAY to expensive so we finally decision trying this place we got there and they told us to wait 30 minutes to come back at 4:30 we came back at 4:30 on the dot and then they told us to wait another 15 minutes we stayed in the waiting area for about 45 minutes while we were waiting we picked out our colors then when they were ready for us they told us that it's $3 extra for every nail if they have a different color (that's what we wanted) we were like woah no way we stuck to one color then when they started on my nails they wanted an extra $3 if I wanted to change my shape from what I had before (I was getting a refil) i don't get why they charge extra if it's basically taking OFF nail the nail salon I usually go to charges $15 for refil no more no less and they leave my nails looking beautiful and natural I payed $20 and they aren't the way I wanted them I would've gone to my regular salon but they were to full to take me. We got there at 4:00 and left at 6:30

Best mani-pedi I've gotten in town for the price of $30. $5 more applies for French manicure. Staff are friendly and professional. The nail salon is tucked inside Walmart but surprisingly no toxic smell like most salons have, which is a plus because who wants to suffocate getting their nails done? There is almost always a full house here and wait time can vary, but I am out in 2 hours tops. The regular mani-pedi comes with a foot scrub, hand lotioning, and massage. They are generous in applying cuticle oil, polish, and topcoat. This is my third time here and nothing bad to write about. Don't forget to get your rewards card stamped during your visit!

TERRIBLE service. The worst full set I've ever gotten in my life. I literally went to another salon and paid more to take them off and re do them

I made an appointment for 1 o'clock for me and my mother, I had seen everyone was occupied except the manager was available. I do not understand the point of making an appointment and telling you my name over the phone if you are going to re-ask what I had previously told you on the phone. Anyway I asked her if there will be people available to work on our nails knowing we had an appointment at 1. She said "yes". She starts on my nails I do admit I was a bit complicated, but what girl isn't choosing a color they should be use to people taking awhile on color especially since color is at the end. Why rush someone for color? A woman randomly walks in and says "remember me" and she gets all excited and says "yes" and told the woman 25 minutes she will be don't with my shellac manicure. How in the hell are you going to determine that time??? I had shellac on my nails and she didn't even fully remove the shellac there was still some on my nails. After she removed the cuticle and my shellac I still hadn't chose a color. So I told her I will be awhile, because still no one has touched my feet. (Originally a woman started on my feet and the manager was starting on my nails, but they were doing too much tugging and pulling I wanted the pedicure lady to do my mother's) Eventually I see her going over to the woman (remember me) and she starts on her nails. Which I had no problem, because I figured if I flagged her down she would start back on my nails and make the lady wait since she originally started on my nails. So finally my mother is more than half way done with everything. Meanwhile I'm wondering wtf who is doing my pedicure... Finally a lady comes and starts my pedicure it's 1:45 really????? Just starting!!!! 15 min. Into the pedicure I flag a worker down and ask her to get the manager to start back on my nails. GUESS WHAT!!! The manager is now doing the lady's pedicure??? WTH!!! Why didn't she work on my pedicure till I found a color I figured she just didn't do pedicures???? Anyway the lady gets the manager and the manager tells me "You said I can work on her." Repeatedly telling me this, but I didn't tell her to work on her and finish them come back to me BETTER YET DAMN IT I didn't tell her to work on the lady at all, she didn't tell me where she was going when I told her I will pick the color later!!! My mother is done by this time it's 2:15. So the manager tells the lady that I flagged down to work on my nails. While she proceeds to work on (remember me). By the time they finished it was 2:45 an hour and 45 min ridiculous. The manager doesn't care about her customers she will rush you if you take more than 30 seconds to look for a color she will talk about you to her fellow co workers (it's so obvious when nail salon ladies are talking about you) and she will not care about you complaining her response "sorry". F*** a sorry. There color coding is messed up they can not color code regular colors and shellac colors at all!!!! I got the color number 77 for shellac they claim you have to match your shellac with your toe which is non sense I never heard of that if I'm getting a regular color on my toes. I am now stuck with silver ugly toes nails and the pretty shellac color they claimed to of matched. I would of stopped her if I had seen my toes but they put the pillow and the nail dryer on your lap I couldn't see anything. DO NOT make the mistake I made and not look at your toes when supposedly the colors are supposed to match. SMH never coming back awful!!!!!!!
