We did a discovery day and one major thing I noticed in the small toddler class was the teachers do not have control of the classroom. The kids were running around playing for hours. Dropped my baby off at 8am and picked him up at noon, and I felt terrible that there were not cameras because he got injured in less than two hours of him being here. Seemingly, they just play. I prefer a more structured and safe environment. Also, my kid was injured on his face, and per Texas state law, any injury to a child’s face, no matter how small or big, the parents are to be immediately called which did not happen for me. I’m glad I decided against this school. I recommend the Goddard school which is close by.

I once loved bringing my son here but prior to his departure things changed. I understand my son isn't perfect and I could have done better but I knew months ago something wasn't right at this school. My son was 2 years old in a class full of children his age and had been since he started. Once my son switched classes things changed. I was getting phone calls constantly. At times it began to feel like he was the problem. Around June I went to pick him up and he has a large bump on his head. When I asked no one knew how he got it. About a week before I stopped sending him he came home with a scratch on his lip. When I asked what happened I never received an answer and haven't till this day. My son was potty training and would go through underwear a lot. I ended up sending pull ups and letting them know to put him in one if he ran out of underwear or at nap. I really tried to be understanding because his teachers were doing the best they could. One day after my husband picked him up, I noticed my son had on a diaper. He hadn't worn a diaper since he was 18 months. When I inquired about this I never received an answer. At that point I felt like I was being ignored. This place started off good but they have entirely too many toddlers in one class. I would walk in to get my son and see stuff everywhere! My husband even stated he saw a pair of scissors left on a table. It was too overstimulating and in my opinion, not structured. Again, this is in no way to come at his teachers. They did their very best. Front office staff was okay but some of them could have done better in how they spoke to parents and the teachers. Ms. Johnson was probably the best person on that staff and had a beautiful personality and spirit! All in all, there are other good quality daycares/schools in the area. My son is at a new one and thriving! I hope this review is useful and helpful. I came from an honest place and wish things could have ended differently.

Great daycare with experienced and caring staff! My son has been going here for close to 6 months now, all the teachers are great and we haven’t had any issues.

Both my kids attend Primrose at Sienna and they’ve loved it. They have only nice and happy things to say about their teachers and the way they are treated there during school hours. My oldest one graduated from PreK and she still misses her friends from there. All the staff are courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We have been at Primrose Sienna for a year and a half since we moved to Sienna and love it! All the teachers and staff are wonderful and our daughter is learning so much. They are great at keeping us updated throughout the day on what is she doing and any news and events for the school.

My son goes to Primrose and he loves every minute of it. All of the care providers we've interacted with have been caring and understanding with my first time mom jitters. I get frequent updates throughout the day and every picture my son is smiling and soooo happy! I have consistently recommended primrose to my mom friends.

PSA!! To all parents. Primrose School is a nice school but the teachers just there for a check very unprofessional to the kids like it’s not their job to care for them until their parents show up. They complain about having to changed them, potty train them & also talks about most parents being their back while in front your child. Not a school I’ll recommend to enroll my child in !

We switched our kids from another daycare as it ended up not working out, especially for my 3 year old. When I originally spoke on the phone Ms. Johnson as well as toured the school, and I explained the reason for the potential transfer, she along with Ms. Chambers and Ms. Wade were truly understanding and fully accepting. It's been about 3 months since the such, and hands down best decision. Just in their first week alone, we saw a major positive difference in our son's overall mood and feel toward daycare, from his love of learning to making friends. Ms. Jade and Ms. Hicks are so wonderful. My 18mo walks right into her class and they both fully engage. Cannot thank all these ladies enough, especially in the midst of moving to Texas.

Kind front office staff and hard working teachers! I am so grateful! Love their lunch menu that is provided. It's not just frozen food it's actual food being measured and cooked.

I pulled my child out of this place so quick. While I loved the teacher, I just couldn't deal with the front staff/owners. When I dropped my child one morning, I heard the owner, Ann Wade badmouthing another parent to one of her colleagues. She went on and on calling the parent "crazy". It immediately put a sour taste in my mouth. What kind of business openly discusses the business of others? As a parent, this made me very uncomfortable. She was also super rude to one of the teachers and i just felt like this isn't the type of environment I want my kid in. The teachers there do SO much so this is in no way in reflection of them and i am willing to bet they are underpaid.

This school is in utter chaos! We came in for a tour and in theory it should be a good school. We love the principles, but almost every classroom we walked by was out of ratio! 3 of the classes only had 1 teacher with a class full of like 20 kids. That might be okay for a kindergarten or even Pre-K class, but these were toddlers!
