Store has unreliable hours!!! Store hours on their doors state that they're open until 6 pm, but the store clerk shut down and locked the doors by 5:48 pm. The clerk then acted like the customers outside the door were the problem when we waved him down demanding an explanation. He appeared numb, possibly drugged, no expression on his face, no apology, just a monotone whisper of an "explanation" about why he wanted to close early. I wonder if the owner knows that he does this. This is not the first time this location has been closed during the times displayed on the door. I cannot rely on this location for my needs.

I used to go here all the time but I think they changed owners. I have been waiting fifteen minutes outside the door where a sign says “be back in five mins! :)” ???? They close in thirty minutes. What is going on?

My husband and I normally ship things here so never had a problem until I had to return a march Jacobs bag 2/23 and as of now they can not find my shipment. A 400$ parcel is lost and they have yet to have an answer for me. So discouragedabout shipping here again.

Took nearly two weeks after arriving at this annex for my medications to move forward with delivery. There seem to be a management issue as it relates to operations. After numerous calls and dialog, it finally arrived 3 weeks after departing the origination point. What a failure!!!

I dropped off a phone for ups and I received my tracking receipt and it's after hours and tracking number was never recognized by ups tracking. I will have to wait til an entire holiday weekend to receive a phone from insurance because of employee who did not do his job because he cannot handle all he has to do.
