“Best operating pharmacy I've ever seen in 4 decades of adult life. They seem to have an agressive official policy of fast, courteous, accurate service. They are agressive about everything. They always pro-actively greet you, apologize for any wait, always remain courteous. The pharmacists stay tuned in to the cashier line and if there is any delay, problem or questions they are agressive to intervene and take care of it. I've honestly never seen any pharmacy, and seldom any business of any sort, that is so agressive at taking care of business. We use it extensively and have never had any problem. You may be disappointed if you expect friendly chit-chat. They are probably coached to minimize chit-chat because talking with some old guy about the pain in his knee and his recent trip to the ER is not getting customers served. Also their prices are good and when we look things up on GoodRx, which we always do, HEB usually wins or at least competes well in the price war there.”

“Dr. McClain was extremely thorough with my care. She even checks on my progress and offers other suggestions based on what feedback I give her. I presented to her with a second occurrence of tingling in my hands and feet which previously was ruled out for MS years ago. I went to Dr. McClain when the issue resurfaced. Since my first appointment, I immediately started making the incremental changes she suggested & my symptoms have decreased rapidly. I have had little to no reoccurring symptoms since. I look forward to my follow up appointment to see what progress the data shows I've made, but I feel so much better which is vital. I highly recommend Dr. McClain without reservation!”
“I promised myself for a while now I would get on here and do a review on Ed’s. I been using Ed’s for the last couple years. Prior to that getting my meds was a monthly terrifying nightmare. For my son too. They have been an Absolute pleasure and made what was miserable for me before easy to deal with monthly. I can’t say enough about how smooth things go when I call in a refill all the way to the delivery to my front door. I been doing this for 10 years and only wish I found them before I did. I deal with a number of compounding Pharmacys for my business on a daily and hope they bring on the meds we use so I can transfer all of our business to them! They are the best! “Prefacing this review with the fact that the whole prescription industry needs a serious overhaul. They do get the brunt of the customer when a "problem" happens with a doctor and or their insurance company. This particular location has an excellent pharmacist and very helpful staff. I moved all of my scripts to this location from Walgreens and I had had it with them. I have been happy ever since. No they don't have Saturday hours but there is another location relatively close that does. They moved one script for me that i needed on a Saturday.”

“I recently started a new medication and my locally pharmacy would unable to fill the prescription for at least a month.A friend on the same medication referred me to Spring Green. With just 1 phone call and within a few hours, they had contacted my old pharmacy, transferred the prescription, set up my profile with all the insurance information and set up delivery. I was even able to pay virtually.The very next day, my meds were delivered to me!! That is just amazing service!! Thank you.”

“I desperately needed diabetic supplies. I discovered Texan Diabetic Supply from YouTube. I believe the YouTube channel is “Pebble Heights Pharmacy.” The most recent brief video explained all of the steps. Then, I found out about the website and placed my very first order. I got Mary Janes, as my free socks! I requested them in Navy Blue. The socks are very comfortable! I was also notified that the socks would be free. I got my supplies pretty fast! Love it!”

“My husband recently had surgery and needed a pain medication refilled. This pharmacy would not refill the prescription because it was one day before they felt the refill date should be even though the doctor called to authorize it. This was aggravating and my husband suffered in pain throughout the night. However, they did fill the prescription the next morning and had it ready first thing. I guess I can, on some level understand their point of view given the prescription was for a narcotic and the pharmacies are restricted by state regulations. But, I still feel they should have accepted the doctor's authorization. I'm giving them four stars because they prioritized his prescription the next morning once they felt they could fill it. Just glad it was only one day! Overall, service is good at this location and they do try to be helpful. This is our pharmacy of choice.”

“Picture this: A heart transplant patient out-of-state & visiting family runs out of pills. I normally get them through the pharmacy that is affiliated with the transplant center. So I call my transplant coordinator and asked them to send a 90 day prescription to CVS . . . Ditto for a prescription from my nephrologist. Less than a day, both were filled.
No problem using either my insurance or Good RX, just had to reprice the Good RX one at the “Drop-off” counter.
Then a few days later the CVS calls and asks if I would like to tie the two orders together so that I wouldn’t have to worry about making two different orders. Yes sir.
Really working for the patient. Nicely done.”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”

“This review is for the bakery. They always have such nice looking and tasting treats for me to grab whenever my will power to resist caves cause I can't say no to my sweet children right? lol They did an awesome job in all my children's birthday cakes or cupcakes over the last year and were on time with it and easy to pick up and get out of there via self checkout. There's also been multiple occasions that the baggers would help me out to my car (without me asking) because I had my baby sleeping on me or I had to bring him in the stroller with my two other children in tow.”
“I LOOOOVE this Walgreens!! I work nearby and love coming here. They always have the best squishmallows and the staff is beyond kind. Rosemary, one of the cashiers, might just be the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. They are always well stocked and have a great variety of seasonal items, great makeup selection, and always have plants. It’s such a cute place and I really hope you stop by and leave them a nice review too : )A lot of the negative reviews are old and I simply can’t speak on the pharmacy because I’ve never been to it. The retail side is awesome though and so is the staff!”
