I had a disappointing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts on 4/11/2024 at 9:30 pm. The staff member Girl on duty was very rude and unwelcoming, showing no interest in helping me. I had to insist on having parts checked in their system. When I reached on store she talking to one other employee inside when he saw me he asked me first what you want?!!!! . Is it the right way to communicate with customer ? It’s concerning that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a front-facing role. Additionally, the initial interaction felt abrupt and unprofessional. Improvement in staff training and customer service etiquette is needed.

Store manager Edgar is unprofessional and needs training with personnel interactions and time management. I called the store and was on hold lone enough to drive up to the store. I tried re-calling while I was in the parking lot, and Edgar picked the phone up and hung up immediately. I entered the store and proceeded with waiting in line. When it was my turn, I asked if the commercial was open with no response out of the person that was behind the desk. I proceeded to walk to the commercial desk in the back at that moment. Edgar then asked if I needed help. I responded with my previous question instead of just answering. Edgar proceeded with arguing with me, stating he told me they were closed, even though he was at a different desk helping a different customer and never responded to my original question that I had asked a different employee. Edgar Zafra needs training with personnel skills and de-escalation.

I had a problem with a battery. I think I just tried to turn on the machine for about 6 or 7 kisses. And it couldn't take it anymore. I went to Oreilly. And they didn't want to change it. They didn't even want to refund the money. the battery is good...?

Horrible service!! I purchased a car battery at this store yesterday and was told they could install it. I waited about 2 hours in the store to have it installed. I asked the worker twice when they would be able to install it, they replied "when I'm done with this line". After waiting more than 2 hours, I took the battery and left. If they could not install it in a timely manner, they should have said that they could not do it or to come back another day instead of wasting my time. Would not recommend this store if you need to get batteries installed.
