I got a membership even before they built it. I'm very pleased with my membership and the service I get.

Tons and tons of equipment. Lots of classic bodybuilding equipment that they don't even make anymore. I didn't know where to start first! It was like a wonderland for a gym rat!!

A great place to reach goals you thought were unattainable. Great family environment with a coaching staff second to none. You are truly able to transform yourself into the person you always wanted to become.

Been to several gyms over the years and must say that this place is amazing! The staff and athletes are very caring and will push and encourage you to break the limits you once thought you were stuck on. A true sense of family. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a community of athletes who care and encourage you each and every step of the way.

I wasn't an athlete... At all. I was a couch potato who did not care about nutrition or health. I used all forms of technology to make my life easier and allow myself to sink deeper and deeper into the couch of shame getting lazier and fatter everyday. I was slowly killing myself. No self confidence or self worth... Something had to change. I tried gyms such as Lifetime, LA Fitness, etc. but nothing worked. The exercise machines were a mystery to me and I never gained the confidence I needed to even give most of them a shot. Free weights were terrifying. Big meat heads slinging around heavy hunks of steel that would make my attempt to gain some muscle seem futile. Nothing but discouraging thoughts to reinforce my lack of confidence. I quickly gave up. Sometime later a friend of mine who knew my struggles to try and change my life around talked about a place that he thought could help. I said yeah why not. He got me in touch with the manager of Ohana Fitness. She and I talked about my current health and condition and the possibility of joining the gym. I was intimidated at first but as the conversation continued her friendly voice and motherly like wisdom eased my thoughts of pursuing a life of health and well-being and jump started me into their "101" introduction class. The next four weeks of my life would ultimately change the person you read about in the beginning of this review into a hungry gym rat. I learned how to use barbells and lift properly. Learned how to stretch. Learned how to eat. Learned how to think positive. I learned how to push myself further than I thought possible. At the end of my 101 training I was completely addicted. The trainers at Ohana Fitness are the elite. As soon as your foot steps through that door you are greeted with a welcoming optimism that's contagious from the beginning. Their expertise in proper and effective exercise seems infinite. Ask a question, they'll know the answer whether it be about exercise, nutrition, mobility, or general health. Their approachable, warm personalities make it easy to become their friend and their extensive knowledge makes it easy to be their pupil. This institution has the capability to save lives. You can't put a price on that. Come to Ohana Fitness, put your faith in the wonderful people you'll meet and start changing your life for, not the better, the BEST!

I started at this gym in January 2016 as a 240 lbs runner. As a runner, I had hit a plateau and was no longer progressing in my fitness like I wanted. My weight was not dropping and my times were not improving. I was looking around for personal training options to guide me both in fitness and in my eating plus i needed some cross training to compliment my running regiment. After reviewing my options I decided that this was the place for me and to my delight I got everything I was wanting and more! The fitness and nutrition coaching I've received since then is absolutely amazing. The coaches really care about my progression and improvement and help cater the work outs to my ability. Every question I've pose regarding my goals both physically and nutritionally have been addressed with a true sincerity. They do a great job of understanding where I am in my fitness journey and push me to get to the next level. Many times they have encouraged me to take a step up to a more difficult work out by increasing the weight or trying the movements without the modification. There have also been other times where they have noticed that I was pushing too hard, sacrificing form in order to try to intensify the workout, and have coached me to ease back to prevent injury. Because of this I have seen a huge transformation in my health and have remained injury free. After almost a year, i'm in the best shape of my life. My running times continue to improve and my overall fitness level is at an all time high. I'm now down to 215 lbs but the amount of muscle I've put on and fat I've lost does not do the 25 lbs weight loss justice. I had to buy an entire new wardrobe! This past month, the gym changed ownership but the change from my perspective has been virtually seamless. The walls are a different color and we use different boxes to jump onto, but the coaches are the same and the programming has not dipped a bit. In fact, I'd argue that both the coaches and programming have improved! The coaches design and test every workout before they subject the athletes to them, so we know they are possible. I can really see the creativity and expertise from them in each and every workout. Since there is a variety of classes, the coaches work together to ensure the programming does not overlap too much so you don't end up with two classes focusing on the same area of the body. The variety of classes has also improved as they have added high intensity interval training, strength training, yoga and zumba to the already great WOD. The new owners are members (just like me) and workout along side all of us and are highly visible and involved, which makes for great cohesion. If you are new to the area and looking for a gym, looking to change gyms or in any way interested in making a change to your health I would highly encourage you come in and sit down with one of the coaches or owners at Ohana. It was the best decision I have ever made for my health, and it very likely could be the same for you. It really is more than a gym, its a true family atmosphere!

If you are into body watching, music so loud you can't think and boring routines, quit reading because Iron Tribe Fitness is not for you! If you are interested in improving your life because you are healthy inside and out, being trained by coaches who really understand whatever is holding you back and are supportive, not drill sergeants, and really learning how to be the best you can be, Iron Tribe should be your second home! I'd tried other programs, other gyms, different sports, always so committed when starting, but becoming discouraged as things got harder and harder, or more and more boring, or got tired of trainers who were watching hot bodies more than they were watching me. I've been a member for almost a year now and can honestly say I am stronger than ever in my life. No, I'm not lifting huge amounts of weight or running marathons, but when I started, I couldn't do a lunge - I can now. I couldn't do a push-up - I can do ten in a row now. I do all kinds of things I never considered before, and I ENJOY it. I don't hurt like I used to. I drink more water and eat better food. I sleep better and I don't get as anxious as I used to. I'm doing more at work, getting projects done at home, am interested in trying new things and in doing MORE. Iron Tribe Fitness makes life happen!

Iron tribe is more than a gym. The staff have their unique styles and difference, but one attribute is for certain amongst the entire staff, they push you to your best potential and treat you like your more than a number. Coaches even make time to discuss and plan your fitness goals through state of the art assesments. They all go above and beyond for members.

Iron Tribe Fitness isn't just about getting you into the gym. It's about changing your mindset and your body will follow. I highly recommend ITF. All of the workouts are centered around what you can do. No one excuses. #thisiswhyitribe

Like others have mentioned the coaches here are great! They are passionate in what they do and truly care about your fitness goals. They are the main reason why I'm here. Iron Tribe is unique in the way that there is structure in the workouts. All affiliated gyms across the US have the same workout for that day. Iron Tribe makes it easy to have a well rounded fitness lifestyle because the workouts are programmed very well, there's an app, food recipes, and the facility is top notch.

I have been a member of this Gym for 9 months now. I joined because of Health reasons and needed help. I have been a member of other gyms, but needed some personal coaching. I heard about the Gym before it opened and talked to another friend and he heard aboout it as well. He went to visit before I did. The Coaches are Great. Willing to help you and modifiy the workouts where needed to until you improve. They do not make you feel like just another number/body. You are not forced to do somethng you cannot do. My past workout consisted of walking because I could not run. I really wanted to run. Well, the work outs have worked and I can run. I have energy. Lifting weights was FAR from my reach, but I am now lifting weight. Doctor is impress with results. I highly recommed this place.
