DO NOT USE THIS NTB FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. THEY CANNOT DO IT!!!!!
STORE MANAGER & ASST. MANAGER (ANTHONY) ARE RUDE WITH NO COURTESY TO TALK TO CLIENTS.
7/1/2024: I went to this store on 6/30/2024 for wheel allignment. They screwed up the allignment of my car.
I returned to a different NTB store (NTB Pearland - Helped by Jonathan) and they found the alignment totally to be out of range. They fixed and did the alignment on the vehicle. See photo of the report.
6/30/2024: Worst allignment done. Its an Alignment plan that i have with NTB. They do not know how to do allignment. Videos will prove it for itself. They did not even provide a report and said the system did not work to generate report.
When i returned the store manager was extremely rude and refused to fix it. He said flat he cannot correct it, I could complain or post a review, he did not care. They have a google review link on their front desk and waiting area. The asst manager Anthony was equally rude and totally unhelpful.
NTB is bought by Mavis Tires and i filed complaint with them. Lets see how they can help.
Spent entire Sunday morning from 10:15 AM thru 1 PM to have the wheel allignment spoilt.

I had been calling this location a couples days prior to actually coming with questions about what I had going on with my car, and each time i was met with exceptional customer service and patience from the person on the other end. I came in today needing two new tires and Matt made sure to break everything down to me, he worked very fast and kept me posted the entire time. He was very kind and considerate enough to give me recommendations on places to go for some other issues my car was having. I got recommended to come here by a friend and I’m glad I made the trip! Thank you Matt.

Service was fast. Cost was expected. Don’t expect them to help you with the door even if you have 2 children age 8 months & 3 years.

I came in this afternoon for a tire rotation. Rick the manager in front helped assist me. I was seen right away and had misplaced my wheel lock. In a panic I didn’t know what to do but they were nice enough to dig through there extra parts and found one for me at no extra charge.
I will be going to them for all my car needs going forward.
