I have been coming to this salon for years and I'll never go anywhere else! Andy, Annie and his amazing staff have always provided amazing customer service, talented work, great prices and work well as a team! I'm a customer for life!

This was my go to nail salon for the past 2 1/2 years I would refer my friends and family here. The lack of accountability is astonishing. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and decided to get a shellac manicure as well. My pedicure by Ann was 10/10 she was very kind. As I was picking the color for my nails, another technician started to cut my cuticles and nails back. I didn't think too much of it. I picked my toe color and I looked at my hands and when I tell you she cut them down ,she cut them down to the quick.I was upset and asked to stop the service. I asked if I could make an appointment for a full set since my nails got slaughtered andy the owner said yes and I proceed to go to check out and I showed him my nails and he said sorry but then proceeds to charge me for the service. I paid it as ridiculous as it was because it was my normal nail shop they have never given me trouble before. The way the situation was handled and then having to pay for getting my nails cut to the quick and they do hurt today was just disappointing, I probably won't be returning . Anne did a great pedicure .

I have probably checked out every nail salon in this zip code but my search was over once I found Nail Royale. I have been coming here for years and I really love it. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they do a great job. The prices are also incredibly competitive. I’ve gone to other salons that charge me double what I pay here for the same exact services. They have a lot of colors to choose from and the technician will really listen to you when you tell them what it is that you want. Other salons always refused to make my nails as short as I want them but Nail Royale always accommodates my requests. In this many years there was only one time when I wasn’t fully satisfied with my nails (I felt like they were too long) but I came in the next day and they reshaped them immediately. I know that I will continue to come here for my nails for the foreseeable future.

Called ahead, was told to come in in 45mins. Went in in 45mins. Had me seated for a pedi. Waited 30 mins with no one even bothering to tell me how long the wait is gonna be. Walked out as I lost so much time already and would have wasted more if I waited. Its absolutely ok to wait but to not inform that the wait is gonna be long after the appointment, that isn't ok.

I've been going here for over 8 years to see my favorite person for pedicures. Everyone is very nice, atmosphere great. They serve different drinks while you're being serviced. Oh yeah, and Nail ? King Andy is a beast on the nails.

I’m glad, I was able to walk in with 3 family members and they took us all in at the same time. They had a full salon and still managed to multi-task clients. I loved the finish of my nails and the marble on a few of my finger nails were amazingly unique. I recommend Ana and Andy.

It was 4th of July and I had the day off, so I decided to get a mani/pedi but no one was open. I called all the places I might visit near my house but no one answered or I drove by and they all had signs on the door they were closed. Which is fine everyone needs a day off in the service industry. I was pleasantly surprised when Nail Royale answered their phone and was able to take me in 15 min. I drove 25 minutes away from my house but it was worth it! had enough time to relax in their clean environment get a mani/pedi and be on my way to pick up my son from camp. Thank you so much Nail Royale! You did a great job on my nails and I got to relax. They did get very busy after I got there. The owner said he decided to open this year and let his employees come in if they wanted to or take the day off. I thought that was super nice. Great nail salon and great employer!
