Had the absolute worst customer service experience ever. The employee sold me merchandise, without opening or checking the content of the package. When I got home I opened the package and it was short 10 cigars. The store manager Tameeka told me she didn't check it but they are always full. Tameeka informed me she could do nothing, and insisted that I purchase another pack. So I paid three times for two boxes. That's great business skills if your working on selling products. But just curious what ever happened to customer service. Tameeka insisted that I was wrong,even after she admitted she never checked the contents. I was floored after that. I even let her know I have experience with dealing with the Murphy Corporation, and making sure all the executives,of the corporate office,with the Longview shuttle with there Aviation Department,always received Great Customer Service. Was wandering when is it my turn to get great treatment.

I will never come here again! The customer service is awful and horrid. I went there yesterday to pump gas and I went into store to buy two sodas. The young black lady that was working(I didn’t catch her name) was goofing off and talking with another employee that was off the clock. I put my two bottles of Coke on the counter and she asked me, “Can I wait a second?” Because she was too busy laughing with her coworker when she should have been waiting on her customer. On top of all of this, she had her earphones in her ear! When she finally paid attention to me, her attitude was STANK and at this point I had enough. I left the Cokes on the counter and walked out of the store. I’ve dealt with bad customer service before but this takes the cake! I will never come to this store again as long as she is working there! AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

Buying lottery ticket from cashier Danny on 5/23/23. I bought 1st one, asking for next one. Danny said no more, i look at ticket number, it's in middle of the pack, there's a lot more left in the pack. I asked Danny why there's no more, Danny just said no more. I bought different type of tickets, always sold me out 1st ticket, and no more second ticket. Talked to manager Kimberly, who said danny didn't pulled out ticket correctly from the slot and he didn't have key to unlock the slot.They don't train cashier to do work correctly

Danny is an amazing employee. He is very nice and he greets his customers with a smile. He always makes his customers are happy and satisfied. Please keep him at this location

My family and I visited this location on Friday and Kimberli was policing and saying that I was walking around the store with alcoholic beverages. I walked up to her and she asked for my ID. I’m over 21 and didn’t know that three people had to show their ID. Kimberli’s customer service is very horrible. She gets smart with her customers and she doesn’t even say hello to them.

My family and I just visited this location. I don’t know who the new Caucasian chick is, but she does too much policing. She was very rude and watching us the whole entire time that we were in the store and it made us feel very uncomfortable. I’m surprised that this location was opened because they are always closed at 6:00 pm during business hours. I want the old crew to come back and NOT THE ONES THAT HAD IT CLOSED BEFORE THEM.

Murphy's pertaining to myself houses an outstanding grade of gasoline. The Icee are great when the icee machines are functional. The establishment is always well lit and safe feeling. The prices are usually second to none. Now on the other hand, if you by some unreasonable choice have to occupy the restroom. Please wear a hazmat. The restrooms are scary if you have a germ phobia are enjoy good health. But all in all the the merchandise and gasoline is premium

When there is someone working or is normally a great place to get gas, snacks, etc. however, the employees just randomly close and lock the doors. It is 2:00 and the doors are locked for the employee to take a break and it’s been that way for almost 30 minutes. The other day it was closed at 7:00PM with a note that read “Closed Early”.

Day Staff are very friendly and nice. Your night staff is ruining your business especially the young lady working there in the evenings. I literally sat waiting for her to do trash duty for almost 30 minutes at a slow pace while over 20 customers came to the door and drove off. I am not coming to this gas station after 5pm.

Only 1 person on this shift. When she is in parking lot duty store is closed. How convenient for customers.
