I remember back in December of 2020 when I was in a coma and my elderly mother caregiver stole from my mom including my wallet and my phone plus money from my mother. When the caregiver took my phone to the Metro PCS store and try to turn my phone on with my elderly mother bank card. So when the cashier Miss. Alejandra asked the girl for her ID then the girl ran out the store. When I find out and filled out a police report I spoke to Miss. Alejandra she said that she was going to tell the police on what she saw and described how the girl look. And when the police came Miss Alejandra acted like she didn't know anything. So now me and my mother gets no justice and nobody wanted to stant up for us. I will never go to this store again because of that.
