I usually pay my bill through the app. This particular day I was in missouri city. So I decided to stop here and pay my bill.I encountered the manager/owner.He made a proposal for a new phone.He said give me what you're about to pay for your bill.So tou can get a brand new ohone.God knows I needed the new phone,but didnt have the time..I asked how long will it be and can he transfer everything over.Said he would have to keep my phone for a bit to do all of that.So I told him I didnt have time.He kind of got mad about that.Then I asked can he lower my phone bill,but wanted to keep
everything unlimited .So he told me my bill would be $35 the following month. I was like cool.So I paid my bill which was $66.Didnt get a receiot,i was just glad to pay my bill.Went to another Metro another day.Found out that he put $30 on my bill and pocketed the rest.At first I didnt believe it ,until the rep showed me on his screen.I was so livid,I made a call to metro. They really couldn't do anything because I didnt have proof .Like a receipt.I wont go inside to pay my bill ever again.Especially that location .FYI. always get a receipt or pay your bill through the app.Whats so bad and crazy.They actually have good reps that work there.Just because of their boss. They dont have to worry about me again.

The guy Ali was being very inappropriate with my sister. Asking if she has a boyfriend, and if he could text her since he had her number. This is not what customer service should be about. Would recommend all females to avoid this store unless you want to be harassed

Listening and trusting an associate here caused me an unnecessary $300. She suggested the program SmartPay and I agreed only because she stated the first 90 days are interest free and you can pay more than your minimal due. Well after speaking with Smartpay the next day, I learned neither one of these statements are true. To make matters worse, once I was correctly informed how the company really operates I went ahead and paid it off and was charged a 20% early pay off fee... I went back and spoke to the manager about my experience. He apologized and compensated me with refurbished head phone, the charger was missing out the box and the left earbud did not work.. Long story short, stay away from this location and Smartpay.

Went there just to pay my bill and the guy I believe who’s the owner was weird. He put his arm around my shoulders and asked “if this is okay?” Someone walked into the store and he immediately let me go and told me to come around the counter so he can help the customer and then I can pay my bill. I walked out

I went to purchase two cell phones as Christmas gifts. One phone was out of stock. The customer service representative told me all stores were out and refused to contact a different location to inquiry. I called the store on Texas Parkway, and they had an abundance of phones. The customer service rep at Murphy Rd. location was unaccommodating. I will drive a few extra miles to visit the Texas Parkway location.

I use to work here as well, they sell refurbished phones that metro pcs has no knowledge of at full price that you will most likely have several problems with later on down the line and lock your account with out your knowledge to make sure you can't acces it unless you come into That exact location, all the owner cares about is making a sell. Customer service isn't the most important thing at this location, your money is.
