I took my son to this facility only for them to dismiss his knee pain as psychosomatic because they could not see what was physically wrong with him. He was in a cold sweat and screaming in pain! X-rays showed nothing, my son was trying to share with the doctor his thoughts only to be told that he should not self-diagnose. Hello!!! If anyone self-diagnoses, then you don't need to go to the emergency room and pay so much money! Another thing, where is your evidence that my son was making things up (psychosomatic/all in his head) with his knee and leg muscles?? I wonder if this doctor ever had a pulled muscle in his life. The bedside manners were lacking 100%, terrible experience, and terrible customer service because let's be real, medicine is a business and you pay a lot for the product and the services. Do not go to this location, if I could give zero stars, I would.

Someone from this location reached out to me to discuss this situation and assured me the matter will be looked into at once. This individual was kind, patient and understanding. I hope and believe he will pass the information to someone who can correct or remove these individuals from their positions which deals with customers/patients.
