“Nicole is an amazing practitioner with a wealth of knowledge who has truly helped me address and resolve health issues that so many other practitioners (MDs, functional med practitioners, naturopaths, holistic wellness practitioners, etc.) were unable to do. She is incredibly empathetic and validating and finally made me feel like I wasn't going crazy. Her constant reassurance that we would get to the bottom of things and that there were always more solutions we could employ if needed helped me stay motivated to keep going even when symptoms persisted at times. I would absolutely recommend working with her for thyroid, hormonal, and/or gut issues (for me, it was all of the above). My only regret is not reaching out to her sooner to address my concerns. “There is a location near my home, so it was convenient and easy to get to. Be sure to make an appointment! They do take walk-ins, but you may wait an hour or more until they can fit you in. They follow the appointment times scrupulously. I tried a walk-in and left when I saw how long I would wait. I decided to start trying this test myself, I recently took Spectracell lab's micronutrient test and I must say, the process was very easy and enlightening. The convenience of ordering a test kit directly online is a great place to start. For those who prefer a more guided approach, there is also the option of consultation with a healthcare provider.
Once I order the test, the next step is to draw blood. Spectracell Lab provides clear directions for finding nearby draw locations using their online search tool, which helped me quickly find a convenient location. The actual blood draw was handled professionally and went smoothly, which I appreciate.
The most impactful part of the process is receiving the results. The staff at Spectracell Lab walked me through a detailed report that was not only easy to understand, but also informative. We discussed my specific micronutrient levels and what they mean for my health. I don’t think this review system wants to share my privacy, but I can really only say that this report has made me understand my health information better, and I highly recommend everyone to try it! I have decided to try to improve my physical health based on my report and go ahead and test my trace minerals again based on their recommendations.

I was there for two hours to get three sticks an hour apart and saw a very efficient operation for the whole duration. They worked all the walk-ins into the schedule without long waits. I also hate needles, and all three sticks, by two different techs, were very tolerable. All the suggestions/complaints in previous reviews have been addressed. I'll definitely return to this location and highly recommend them.”
