Not one of my better experiences went in the first time which was OK but had the same issue then of them charging $15 for the gel polish that they literally force on you then went back for the fill-in and another pedicure and I wanted them to take the gel off of my toes. I let them know that they had filed my nails too thin previously so, my big toes which were natural already one broke. I let them know. I just want regular polish on my toes. They tell me that it’s gonna be five dollars to take off the gel polish off which doesn’t make any sense. How are you gonna do my toes if you don’t take off what you put on there, but the only way that they’re going to not charge the five dollars polish take off is if they charge you $15 to put more gel which I did not want that makes no sense? Your operations cost and time is one thing but then when I wanted to leave you’re like no no no so past that I asked for a simple dot flower on my nails the guy couldn’t do it so this very short set was supposed to be 40 he says 45 to glitter clear coat them??? Huh? Not to mention the crooked ones… I can’t co-sign this one. We gotta move around from these people that want to nickel and dime us

I’ve been going to this nail salon since 2022 and I have to say they are top tier. I love getting pedi from Kathy and nails done from Donna. They are both so funny and welcoming. They listen to me and always make sure things are okay. They catch up with the new trends so I always have the most trendiest nails. This set has lasted me over 3 weeks and there’s barely any signs of lifting. I HIGHLY recommend!!

My nail tech cut four of my cuticles while filing. It's the next day and they still are painful. My nails on one hand are shorter than the other and look like they have a clump of product on the end of each nail. I'm still trying to remove some of the excess product from around my cuticles. This was a full set, and they aren't beautiful.

Been a regular for 8+ years. Its convenient and I can bring my kid comfortably. Although, my recent visit will be my last. I was BAMBOOZLED. I went in for Shellac on my toes, no pedi. That comes out to $20. The woman asked if I wanted to cut my cuticles because for both my hands and feet (cuticles only) + my Shellac would cost $30 total, I said perfect! I then went to check out and had an extra $15 charge. I kindly asked out of pure confusion, and the response was wild. I was told that the $15 was for cutting my cuticles on my hands and that if I would've gotten powder done instead, they would've discounted cutting my cuticles to $5. Someone please help explain this. LOL I tipped well anyways, but I wont be back.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this nail shop. My nails were soaking for nearly an hour, resulting in a painful burning sensation. To make matters worse, they cut my real nails too short, leaving them resembling man hands. The audacity to charge $15 for regular polished toes, when other places charge $8, is outrageous. When I inquired about white polish for my fingernails, they quoted an exorbitant $20. The lack of friendly vibes and uncomfortable atmosphere made the experience even more unbearable. Save yourself the agony – I won't be returning. The entire process felt rushed and chaotic from the start. Instead of a calm, one-step-at-a-time approach, they had me multitasking with my hands soaking while they hastily moved me to the pedicure chair. I awkwardly sat with a bowl in my lap and fingers submerged while they worked on my toes. The lack of professionalism was apparent when I could overhear them discussing me, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I have been going to this nail spot for a while now and Mr. Michael surpassed all my expectations! He always does the exact style I ask him for, he makes sure he always does a good job of it as well and never upcharges me, the best part is they always come out looking wonderful. Whenever he does my nails he always tell me he wants to make sure his work is good for me and it always is! lf you are coming here for the first time ask for Mr. Michael.. You will see what im talking about!
