Woman in Paint let me stand here for 15 minutes without acknowledging me. Terrible customer service. Will never spend another dollar here again. Manager named Tandra comes out with terrible attitude and was not helpful. This site needs to reconsider their staff.

I had to give 5 and more stars to MST Daryl (green vest) in the garden center. Ever since the spring of 2024, I've been getting plants. Daryl MST always helps me. Patiently, as he showed me which soil that works for plants indoor or out. Highly recommended.

I prefer lowes to HD, better discount for military, same selection but easier to find. Only gripe is, most their employees need training and skills. Most don't know their jobs and/or can answer basic questions

I’m a combat veteran who’s not particularly tech savvy so I asked the cashier attendant Paul 60 something-year-old white guy to implement the discount for me and he refused when I asked for his manager. He told me to go get them customer service Is truly something that has been forgotten all the more reason why I’ll be shopping at Home Depot. Thanks, Paul Who wears the camo vest & works at the self checkout

This location sucks!!! There's NEVER anyone to help. When a page is made for assistance, NO ONE shows up!! As I type this comment, there are 3 people outside getting baskets IN THE SAME AREA, and only one of them are bringing baskets (4) in. It is already understood as the customer NOT to expect ANY level of customer service. If I want REAL customer service, I have to go 30-45 minutes from my home where there's a staff member readily available to assist. In my area of Missouri City, NOPE!! Lastly, the one star you received Lowe's is only because I had to give you a star.

Great Store, and great selections. Just not enough people to help you if you need help. It is always hard to find someone to help and the sad part when you find someone to help then he / she pushes you to the next aisle as it is not his specialty rather than calling someone to the aisle. I have both Home Depot and Lowes within 2 min of my house and i chose to shop at Lowes because of the selection but when it come to help and support at the store level I believe others done a better job and that all the difference for me. Any case, there is more to this and wanted to keep it polite as my experience this time was not as pleasant! Trust mgt take a not of at least acknowledge people when are in the store!

The name says it all. Lowe's equals low expectations. Machines are out, don't have what they usually carry, prices are higher than average despite competitiveness. Customer service is basically Walmart. How do you ever expect to catch up with Home Depot if you can't make up for Home depot's shortcomings? Word of advice close your paint section if your machine doesn't work.

Lowes delivery driver suck! I had a stove/oven range being delivered. When they came they didn't want to remove the old range and PLUG in the new electric socket. The drivers were jittery and acting like they were in a race, they just dropped the new range off and left. Zero completion of a job. Absolutely ridiculous. When I called to complain the lady said they can come out for a service appointment to complete the job they were initially supposed to do. The service appointment was for 2 whole days later. Are we not supposed to use our stove? why not send someone out immediately. Absolutely ridiculous!
