I went to the store today to buy some concrete with my husband and we spot a couple opened sand bag at 50% off so we decided to get it. Upon to pay at cash register. A woman name Andrea at the cashier told us Lowes did not have any cover plastic bag to give us to keep the sand in the bag , and we bought broken mulches many times before then she charged full price for the bag even though she knew they are broken . When my husband pointed it out that it is supposed to be 50% off she did not check it out and just stand there so my husband and and put the sand bags down and told her that she needs to do her job better . She canceled the sale and told us to go check out ourselves or go to customer service because she did not want to help us. I talked to the manager that we will not come to Lowe's anymore if he did not tell his employee to respect the customers . I hope he will do it otherwise people will go to home depot just like us . Remember Lowes stores closed down many stores already . People come to the store to buy stuffs need to be greet and be help not to be treating rude like this Andrea ...

Yesterday evening after work, I visited my local Lowe's home improvement store. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted, not because employees were ignoring me. There are just not a lot of employees present. . The store is very clean and well organized . I made my way over to the window covering aisle, where I proceeded to try to find some 2 inch blinds to replace some that are broken. I found that the selection is great, and they had many ready to cut options, but none were in the size i needed for my windows. I sought out the nearest employee to assist me. I went to the front of the store to the registers and asked for help. No one came for about 2 minutes,no problem, but then I got assistance from Ryan who is one of the managers. Ryan was super patient and knowledgeable. He made sure to measure my old blinds and he even gave me two different estimates as I was trying to save a few dollars on my special order. The whole interaction took about 30 minutes and to my pleasure I'll be getting my new blinds in about 10 days. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase and I received great customer service from Ryan and I left Lowes a happy customer. Shoutout to Ryan! Problem Solved!

If I could give them a half a star I would. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE! The employees are incompetent and they use 3 different delivery companies and they are also incompetent! I purchased a Samsung gas range and they delivered the wrong one. I immediately went to the store and was told they had one in the warehouse and was going to hv it delivered to the store and do a swap this was Wednesday 06/14/23. I've been getting the run around everyone I talk to is giving me a different story. I was told that I was getting the swap out and correct range today. I get a call at 7:38 AM this morning 06/17/23 the delivery company delivered the wrong stove and they were having someone come and pick it up today. They sent XPO to my house today they couldn't remove the stove because the way it was hooked up was wrong and they didn't have the proper tools they were going to hv to hv a tech

This is story -- you can't even make this up...... Not sure I even know where to begin. After visiting a local store, attempting to order online, calling the store back to be told there was no one in the department, speaking with the manager then not being able to pay, going back online, paying for the order to have Lowes not claim the charge, calling AMEX, and Lowes, to be told it was me, calling back 3 more times to pay for the order -- on the same card -- so clearly not me. After at least 6 hours of effort, wow I got it paid for. 5,600.00 order-- stupid me. should have stopped at hour 1. So, delivery is 6/9 - no show no call, which would be accurate I moved the delivery to 6/29. 6/10 I get an email your order is on the way. 6/11 today I called the number on order for delivery to inform them no one is at the home to get voice mail stating ... we are having difficulties...then disconnect. Clearly, they are having difficulties. I called Lowes 18004456937. I made southwest omelets wraps, sausage, croissants and cinnamon buns for breakfast, (I am 5'6, 135) I emptied the dishwasher, fed the dog, did 2 loads of laundry (quick cycle) dried them, folded them, fed the dog, walked the dog, made my bed, started spaghetti sauce for dinner, started homemade bread for dinner, cleaned up all the kitchen mess. Paid my bills. oh, and I am still on hold for Lowes....1 hour and 48 minutes later. Can't wait to hear the delivery issue is my fault. Now up to 8 hours to get appliances ordered. To the Lowes team Do Not insult me by stating I am sorry for your experience. How about just pay me what I earn by the hour.... and that might make it right. I try to be optimistic but in all of my calls and interactions -- I honestly can't think of one good comment - except maybe it was priced well. I am now searching that to confirm.

Buy at your own risk here, if you have a problem not even management will help you as they will spend their time finding a way to prove you wrong instead helping you or getting someone who can help you. Customer service is truly dead here

Bought a brand new Maytag washer, dryer and lawn mower from Lowe's. The dryer is defective. It worked a few times but stopped. Called Lowe's and they said sorry. It's been over 48 hours. Mind you we called the third day after it was delivered so it has not been that long after their 48 hour time frame. I can understand 48 hours to change your mind about a purchase but not for a defective dryer when it fails to work after 3 days. It's been a month and we're still waiting for the part to come in. What horrible customer service to sell a defective dryer and not stand behind it after only a few days. A 1 star score is too high.

No sales representatives or cashiers, only customers. Pick up what you need, pay, and go. Worst store shopping experience ever. I do not recommend.

The worst service trying too get wood for my home, he said there was none in stock had to ask customer service and said that they do. Other person didn't want to grab the wood that required a forklift. Pure laziness happened twice already hire someone better

This is by far the worst Lowe's. my daughter worked here for summer 2022. 1. Discrimination- dressed code should be enforced for each employee not select employees and definitely not there body type. (other female staff member wear the same thing but because she's shapely it's a problem. 2. Retaliation- staff members heard leslie say she was going to take my daughter off the schedule because she told her that she stated they could wear pretty much anything. 3. Disrespectful/ drama/ messy- my daughter called and let ryan know she wouldn't make it in on her last day and his response was we already knew. assuming because of gossip and hearsay when in reality our family is grieving. Lowe's hr does not do there job. all this has been reported and they are slow to respond. 3 days has been 1.5 weeks Think twice before you allow your kid to work here for the summer definitely by far the worst experience.

Super bad Service. If I can free to put the I will put negative 1 star( - ) . Lowe's are very big and tons of items. Remember I don't working at the Lowe's . And i am no regular going to lowe's for kill time . So of course I would not recognize where the item are . I went there at night after 9:00 pm .. of course have something needs to repair as soon as possible. I want inside I don't see any employees. I went to the item area , but I still cannot find the thing I need. So Fortune I see one employee are there ... so I went there very Nice to ask him where asking may I know where I can find this item . And he turned his face to the other side tell me look for the words ....???? I and sorry for the owner.

I went there today to purchase two outdoor light bulbs. When anyone in a red Lowes shirt saw I was looking for help they seemed,to run the other way. I stopped,one,guy and asked if he could please help me. His reply "Hold on"and kept walking. He went in the rest room area and seemed disappointed i was still there. I asked again. He mumbled something about paging someone, I heard them page,over a speaker but it wasn't even loud enuf to hear, I waited and waited, no one came, I will just go to Home Depot next time.

My hat is off to the Store Manager, Ms. Jerri, for resolving a matter. I went to the store to purchase a Commander shelving unit. I realized the containers I own would not fit the shelves. After filling my cart with the containers, I didn't have room for the shelving unit. With confirmation from the cashier, I went to Customer Service to purchase the shelving unit for curbside pickup. The employee at Customer Service with an unpleasant attitude, told me they only handle returns. She would not allow me to explain why I was at Customer Service. Thank you Ms. Jerri, for retrieving the shelving unit for me and having an employee place it in my car.

Made an online drive up pickup order for 2 items. Order was ready for pickup the next morning. Upon arriving and pulling into a drive up spot, I received a call from Lowe's asking what spot I parked in. Within a minute, 2 ladies brought out my 2 items. They were super friendly and helpful. I was back on my way in no time! I will definitely be back!
