Flower didn't look like the picture I ordered they looked terrible and they were for a special occasion

I ordered flowers for delivery for Valentine's Day and they were delivered. I ordered a bouquet that had about a dozen flowers that was pictured that was over $100. They delivered 4 flowers with a ton of leaves. When I called them to ask what gives, I was told to f*** off and was hung up on. I called back to speak to someone different and the raging insane person was in the background screaming about how I was lucky to get the flowers I got and that if I didn't like them better than what I ordered then I obviously didn't know anything about flowers. They also said that there was a disclaimer about "designer's choice" on their website. I asked what that was and the answer from them is whatever they want to make it, regardless what you order. So I've never been cursed out on the phone before and I guess I'll never order flowers from them again. It was the weirdest phone interaction I've ever had. I'm glad I record phone calls (for work), it's fun listening!

Ordered my first delivery online and noticed part of my card message was cut off. I called to check and the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me finish my card message and also informed me they were out of the specific flower in the arrangement I chose. He upgraded my arrangement for free and offered to deliver within the hour. That's great customer service! My friend loved her flowers and I absolutely loved getting a confirmation email about the hand delivery and with a picture of it being delivered to the correct address, genius!

I don't even know I why am giving these people a one I had some flowers delivered from them within two days they died I took a picture and sent email and I called the company I Spoke to Corey. Which was very rude he told me he would have flowers out to me today that was Tuesday. Today Thursday morning I called to try to be as nice as I can to be he was so rude to me telling me that I'm the kind of person just like people make peoples days miserable and on and on and on this is the worst customer service I would never suggest or never order flowers from them at all. Once again he tell me his name was Corey and he was the owner So the owner wrote a review to me tell me that I was being rude to them I was not being rude to them. The person that ordered the flowers called the florist and she said they were so rude and obnoxious that she ended up calling her credit card company and getting the money back and ordering from another florist these people are despicable I can't believe they are in business

Beautiful floral arrangement but horrible customer service. Left arrangement on the ground in front of house without even ringing the doorbell. When we called and asked if this was their policy the people answering were hostile and defensive.

My flowers were delivered to a UPS store late Friday 10 minutes bvefore closing and sat there over the fourth of July weekend as it was closed for the holiday weekend. Picking them up on the following Monday they were half dead and completely dead by that Wednesday. When I called the owner of La Violette Flowers the response was that they did not know it was a UPS store.. sorry for the dead flowers. I think they should have at least offered a discount for some new flowers or something other that it was not their fault and too bad and we can't call on every order... bla bla bla.

I can't say a bad word about this flower shop. I live in Utah and wanted to have some flowers delivered to my best friend in Texas. I prefer using local flower shops rather than 1-800-FLOWERS, ProFlowers, etc. and this appeared to be the best flowers at the best prices. She works at a school, so after I placed the order I called to make sure that the order could be delivered during school hours. I felt a little bad about calling to make a request when I had just placed an order that needed to be delivered in less than 48 hours. I spoke with Mario who could not have been more friendly and sincere. He was more than happy to consider my request and reassure me that it wasn't a problem at all. I ended up speaking with him one more time and, not only did he remember me, he was just as pleasant. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous (much more than I expected having chose the "small" arrangement) and my friend loved them. I would absolutely use La Violette again if I ever need flowers in the Missouri City area. I also told my friend to use only La Violette for flowers.

I ordered 60 iris stems for my mother's memorial service (her favorite flower), which were to be delivered to my uncle's house in Missouri City on Saturday so that we could make our own floral arrangements for the memorial on Sunday. Saturday evening, the flowers still hadn't been delivered. I received a call from somebody assuring me that they would be delivered in the morning before 8 am. 8 am on Sunday came and went, and I called the number back to ask about the status of the flowers, but I only got a voicemail. I called their main phone number and got no answer. Finally at 8:30 am, somebody calls me and says they're on their way with the flowers but that they're "running late", but by this time, we didn't have enough time to make the floral arrangements. They didn't do anything to reconcile this. Terrible service. If you need timely delivery for an important event, I would not trust this company.
