Came in here to get a plate of chicken with sides at 5:45. The lady behind the counter already had put away all the sides away and let me know she's closing it down because she's getting off. I asked her how late it's supposed to stay open and with the usual attitude was told that it's open till 7 but she's getting off so she's closing it down. Kroger if you advertise that your hot meal plates are available till 7PM than they should be open till 7PM. Your servers back there have terrible attitudes too. You need to check that and keep your hot food available until you advertise.

Today I went into my store in Missouri City and checked out at self check during my check out Bam was working at the front he was very nice and respectful when I was leaving out I walked out and left one of my bags. Bam came outside and saw me walking to my car and handed me my bag I left behind. I would like to tell the store manager that Bam is very polite to customers and respectful. Thank you Bam for bringing my bag out to me.

All the mobility scooters are outside with no battery and wet, not very accommodating.

I faced a very bad experience with a cashier named Treasa. She wasn’t even helpful and replied very rude when I asked her for help to checkout. This employee had a bad attitude which makes it hard for customers like us to even come back. I will not return again.

The staff just stands around and doesn’t help us. The least they could do is help us checkout quickly. They were rude do to us going in “late” when according to their own hours on google it says they’re open until 11:00. We went in at 9:30 to quickly buy a few necessities for the week. They act like they’re the only ones with jobs and busy lives.

I shop here weekly. The staff is fairly pleasant. Today my cashier was awesome. She had her arm in a sling and still extremely pleasant and kind. Obviously working hard. At the same time, there was a bag boy who came over by the name of West. He started to bag my groceries and then walked off and left me to finish the job. If I had wanted to bag my own groceries, I would’ve gone to self check out. The cashier also noticed this and apologized on his behalf. When I looked over, I saw him standing with another employee, looking at something on their cell phone. As I walked to the parking lot there was a gentleman Wearing cowboy boots who was pushing the carts in the parking lot. He was extremely pleasant and very hard-working. I thought it was important to acknowledge all three of the interactions noting the positive and negative. I’d give your cashier and cart guy a raise for sure! This was on Black Friday and I’m sure everyone is exhausted. It’s a kind interaction that makes all the difference when customers have choices on where they shop.

I rate my experience this morning 0. I watched my cashier be very pleasant with everyone before me. Once It was time for me to check my cashier Takaria was extremely rude. She didn’t even greet me but was sure to say “have a good day” with an attitude. Seems like she was upset because there was item I no longer needed. No matter your age or race you should deliver the same amount of customer service to all guest. I will not be returning to your store.

Love this location and God bless Carlos the bookeeper. He found my receipt after I lost it. Needed it for my P card report. Would have gotten in trouble without his help.

Not enough staff, one person on register for 25 people who need checking out. Rediculous. Go to HEB.

So, Kroger has been my go-to spot for whipped topping cakes. I have never placed an order online, but on April 9th, 2024, I placed two separate orders. One for 36 baseball themed cupcakes, to be picked up April 10th at 5pm. And another for a cake to be picked up for April 11 at 2pm. So, I received an email and texted confirmation. So it was 5:15 pm, and I hadn't received a text that the cupcakes were ready for pick up. So i called the number in the text, and the bakery said there wasn't an order under my name for cupcakes. She passed me to the bakery manager, Vanessa. She said she saw my order for my cake but nothing for the cupcakes. She said she could have both orders ready for tomorrow, April 11, but I needed the cupcakes today in order for me to send them with my son to school in the morning. Vanessa was very apologetic and worked something out to accommodate the order that never made it to the store. I am very pleased with the customer service she showed me and will definitely continue to use Kroger as my go-to cake spot.
***update from my second order pick up on April 11 at 2 pm
I got to Kroger and told the lady I had a cake pick up for 2 p.m., and she stated there wasn't an order placed for me. I told her the issue we had the day before and that Vanessa promised me that she saw my order for the 11th and it would be ready for me. I called for a manager and she said that has happened before so she went behind the counter and made me a cake. (A picture below) She tried her best but definitely was upsetting, especially because I had promised my son that his cake would be the one he wanted. I got to Kroger at 2 pm and didn't leave until almost 5 pm. I feel like Vanessa should have went above and beyond to make sure my cake was ready for me. I had got out of work early to pick up my son's cake and I promised him that I would pick him up from school with a Happy Birthday sign hanging from my car and I had to have my mother pick him up. He was so upset. Definitely will be going to the Sugar Land Kroger for now on.
