The pharmacists are always so courteous and professional with their customers. They take their time and make sure that each person has been given the proper attention and provide the necessary information in regard to our medical needs. I’ve never heard any complaints from anyone when I’m in line.

Had been looking for a medication on back order called them ahead of time to ask if they have it and can fill it. They said yes only to show up today tell me no then say yes and to come back in 30 mins just to tell me no again. Completely wasted my time and now have no medicine.

"We close the drive through early!" Rude, acted as if customers were a bother. Go elsewhere. It's not worth the unprovoked attitude. Arrived at 7:40 pm with closing hour listed at 8 pm.

This Kroger pharmacy is the worst!! I called on Thursday to have my medicine refilled (which I had refills on). I go to pick it up at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and the very RUDE girl says they are still working on filling the medication and to come back. It takes 3 days to fill prescriptions? Bradford and Kim are always helpful but this young flippant girl has an attitude with everyone and is rude. I am moving my prescription to a different Kroger this was the last straw for me. The absolute worst customer service!

Had an appointment to receive COVID vaccine that was scheduled several days in advance. Showed up to my appointment and a very rude woman in the pharmacy informed me there was a “glitch” in their system and they were no longer taking appointments as they had “run out” of the vaccine the day before. My response was I had this appointment for several days (had the confirmation print out with me) and Kroger had my email and phone number to call me and cancel the appointment if they had run out. I had to take off work for the this appointment. There was no I am sorry or attempt to resolve the situation. A “glitch” in their system is not my fault and they did not have to be rude and could have handled it so much better. The people that work in this pharmacy are rude and not nice. Try to go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

When I called, there’s a rude employee giving me a tone. I have done nothing wrong to make her give me a tone. She’s very impolite!

The pharmacist here tells customers that it's not their responsibility to start prior authorizations to get a patients the medications prescribed by their doctors... Someone is being lazy. It's much easier for pharmacies who have both insurance and a smidge of medical knowledge to start prescription PAs (and by that, it's literally just entering insurance information on the patient into CoverMyMeds) than it is for your doctor's clinic staff because very rarely is a single person at the clinic versed in both insurance and the medical side. But hey, make life harder for your customers and their providers, right? Let's go around in circles on the phone telling the customer's provider that the pharmacy tech will fax over a PA but instead send over a 1-800 phone number and let the patient be out of his medication for a week. Sounds good.

As I was checking out tonight at Kroger I decided to get some cash back. I can't believe they wanted to charge me a fee for cash back. Next time I'll just go to H-E-B.

I used to buy my gas here using Kroger fuel points, but I had to stop because for some reason their card readers stopped working with my debit card. I replaced the card but it still did not work even after speaking to the bank. After I experienced this issue, I had to start getting fuel elsewhere. I had been buying gas at Kroger for years.

It's just a matter of time before this store goes under. DRASTICALLY cut back on inventory and personnel. Only two checkout boobs in the whole place. I know I'll be shopping at HEB moving forward. More money... WAY more convenient
