Kroger Pharmacy in Missouri City, TX is staffed with professionals dedicated to helping customers lead a healthier life. The pharmacy is filled with caring and competent individuals, with pharmacists and staff described as extremely helpful. They do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer advice, perform clinical services, and administer vaccinations including flu shots. They are known for going above and beyond to help with medications, answering questions, and providing cost clarity, even assisting with finding medications in stock during shortages. However, the broader Kroger store at this location has received significant criticism. A long-time customer notes it has gradually declined to be the worst grocery store they shop at, citing consistent problems with management. Special sale items are frequently sold out, and shelves in sections like dairy are often depleted. While floor staff and cashiers are friendly and try to help, management decisions are faulted. Issues include typically having only two or three cashier-assisted lanes open and self-checkout upgrades that lack hand-held scanners, making checking out heavy items difficult. These ongoing problems with stock and checkout have led some customers to begin shopping at competitors instead.
The pharmacists and staff and extremely helpful. I've been having issues getting my ADHD meds and they've been super helpful either getting the med refilled or finding a pharmacy with the meds in stock.
