Poor sales, minimal clearance items not marked down enough with actual savings value, lack of discounts and promotions. Store not inviting and staff was not very welcoming nor attentive to customer needs. The line to pay was extremely long for customers that had to wait to checkout. Some people were leaving because the line was so line and putting their items back or down to avoid the wait.

Worst Khols I've ever been to. Very rude employees at service return desk. Twice now I've gone to do a return. They make you stand in the long check out line that goes up around the corner. Even though there is a return area. I will never come to this location again. None of the other locations do this.

This is by far the rudest Kohl's I have ever been to. The Amazon lady was extremely rude. She decided to scan all of her packages and make us wait until she was done to help with our return. She had a box full.of return packages btw. Then instead of saying..."can I help you"? or "next please', she said ... " come here" along with the hand gesture like she's calling to a pet.
The employee that was walking around putting stuff back let us know that they were closing soon. I don't mind that at all as I understand that they want to go home. There are just different ways to talk to your customers. Not in a condescending and rude manner. They have no customer service skills at all here.
The ONE AND ONLY nice person I encountered was the older lady that rang up my purchase. She was really sweet. Other than that I don't see a reason to ever come back here. They act like they don't need your business. Very disappointed.
