We love kids r kids, my oldest son is now in the after school program and has been going since he was 2. We are now about to start my youngest son next month now that he is 2 as well. Mrs.Cyndee is amazing with communication with the parents and always keeping everyone up to date with everything. Nothing but good things to say about this daycare.

We have been at KRKS for 10 years now. The teachers are the best and many have been with the school for over 5+ years which says a lot about the management and environment. Any concerns we've had over the years have been addressed quickly and we have always felt included in our children's day to day activities. We love the cameras, what an added benefit to be able to see your children if you want throughout the day. The manager Cyndee is awesome and truly cares for the children. We highly recommend this KRKS location.

Kids r Kids learning academy has been a big part in my girls developmental stages. The teachers : Ms.Talat, Sema, Shawnty, Mary, Rita, Nicole, and so many others who I didn't mention helped my girls so much! The administrative staff and director Ms. Cindy keeps lines of communication with parents open. Email blasts are sent daily. The facility is clean! I truly appreciate the menu which includes breakfast , snacks, lunch and supper!! This is very helpful for those days were my husband and I work late. Day care started under new management and have already implemented some wonderful changes and have seen improvements. Ms. Nicole in PreK has helped my 4 year old to write her name, count in 5's,10's , starting to learn to read. I am so happy she is getting a proper head start. I appreciate everyone at kids r Kids for your hard work. !

Great Staff, particularly the front desk and Ms. Talat, Ms. Seema and Cindy. However the new owners ultimately forced us to find alternative care for our baby. When the (October) transition was happening they were at the center in the afternoon and kind enough to introduce themselves to all the parents. However that was the extent of it.Not too long later they unilaterally (Wednesday) decided to stop using bottle warmers IMMEDIATELY with no warning and were surprised when my son was being resistant to his bottles. (BC apparently running a cold bottle under warm tap is going to do ANYTHING to actually warm the milk ?). The next day (Thursday) my son came home having drank NONE of the 15 oz of BREASTMILK he had gone to school with.Ive never been more furious in my life and had to apologize to the front desk for taking out my anger on them. The owners' concerns were routed in an incident of an improperly stored bottle-warmer that an infant in the Dallas-area had pulled off the counter onto himself and suffered burns from (which is a terrible accident but was a problem of proper storage and restricting the the bottle/diaper area from the children and NOT through use of the bottle-warmer)My husband and I offered to buy a bottle warmer specifically for our son and offered to sign a waiver saying we wouldn't sue. That was vehemently denied. The front desk was kind enough to make sure that water was boiled in the kitchen for his bottles on Friday and he was FINALLY eating again. We immediately started looking for new childcare alternates. (Note: Even the staff suggested to the owners that they just locate the warmers/slow cookers in the kitchen outside of the classroom. It's not a good sign when the opinions of your employees that have been there for YEARS aren't considered)For the next two weeks I boiled water every morning and brought in a thermos so that they could warm his bottles in a bowl on the counter. (Because a bowl of boiled water on the counter is safer than a bottle warmer. LOL). AND because I WFH to be Confident that my baby was being fed, I stopped in every day during lunch to breastfeed him.I can't tell you how thrilled I was when he was finally able to start at his new daycare. I would've withdrawn my child immediately and sued if they tried to enforce the 2-week notice policy if it hadn't been for my husband convincing me not to. (Sorry but if you cannot adequately provide nutrition for my INFANT child then you are in violation of the contract and care that I believed would be provided when we originally enrolled)The most ridiculous thing? One of the owners is an engineer. So one would hope that they would be logical/rationale. Additionally ALL the other daycares we toured found it absurd that they weren't using bottle warmers or slow coolers or a method better than thinking that warm tap water would actually warm a bottle sufficiently....bc you know, SCIENCE.Again, the staff is great, the front desk is great, and I really appreciated how much they put up with from me and how much they worked to accommodate a short term solution. However this action on the part of the new owners (immediately and with no warning, and their unwillingness to help us find a solution for our baby) left a bad taste in our mouths and I'm so happy with his new Daycare. (Psst every daycare we toured also mentioned that they had other parents from our daycare touring as well....Really makes you wonder...)I've now been getting sponsored/targeted ads for the last few weeks on both IG and FB and I now just roll my eyes and chuckle. So happy (and lucky we could) we made the decision to leave almost immediately after this happened.AGAIN the "multiple incidents cited" have all been due to "improper storage/negligence" with the children being able to access the equipment itself and subsequently pulling hot water on to themselves. They haven't been due to proper use of the equipment or from giving a baby properly warmed bottles. It's called doing your research. Which I

Our child has learned a lot while here. It is not just a daycare, it's a preschool. The director is wonderful and very caring. The teachers have been great and patient.

Really appreciate this facility. It eases my nerves of being a new parent and leaving my daughter with new people. Sevyn has been attending since 2022. She’s very social, learns a lot, and comes home showing me something new every week.

My daughter attended this daycare from birth until almost 4 years old. The baby classes were great. The last class she was in was terrible. Once I started raising issues with the administration they defended teachers and did not protect my child. Now that she is in a new school, she is learning so much more and is so much happier. I wish I had left sooner. I gave two stars because the baby classes were better but the big kid classes should get 1 star. Absolutely detrimental to my child’s development.

My overall experience was great my son seem to always be happy to go there (after having a horrible experience with another daycare) im always intune with my child emotions. I loved the fact that I can check on him whenever I feel the need to. Facility always cleaned. Love the early start time worked out great, when my job change my schedule after covid hit. Loved how they made feel comfortable with thesafety measures they took when covid hit. They always communicated with me if issues arise big and small. He has learned alot since being there and speaks well for his age. He been going there since he was one so I'm a little heartbroken because he turning five now and he going to school so we will be missing the great staff there and the friends we made along the way. I would recommend them in heartbeat. This is one of the best experiences I have had with daycares and glad I made that choice to send my son there.P.S. I have five kids so I have my fair share of daycares.

I honestly LOVED this daycare prior to my child moving into the big kid room (school age) once she got into that classroom it started get shakey! During my daughter’s year of Kindergarten she was in the before and after school program and she continued to be bullied by another boy in the after school program who was in an older grade than her. The boy has derogatory language, and he even threatened to cut my daughter’s face, but yet the boy is still there. Next school year (which is current 21-22) I decided to take her out and just let her go during the breaks and holidays, my daughter was once again bullied by another female student, and I’m not understanding why this keeps happening. My daughter doesn’t even want to go back for the summer. My daughter also complained about the before and after school teacher Mrs Nicole! My daughter stated that this lady screams at them all day and is very mean, and this last time my daughter was there which was March 2022 for spring break, my daughter told me that she made a comment about me in front of her and I believe it because she has an ugly and hateful attitude! Other than that the toddler program was phenomenal I loved it, my daughter has been there since she was 3 years old however protecting my peace as well as my daughter’s peace is what’s important to me and I refuse to even go there with her the old me would have went left but I am currently in a different space in my life and I just refuse to put up with it.

The staff are so caring and helpful here. It is unfailingly clean & I always feel at ease while the work that my son is in good hands. My toddler son loves going to "school" every day.Update: we removed our son in 2017 after he was fed a snack that had his top allergen in it & the emergency protocol was not followed to ensure his safety.

Tried it out with my 3 yr old and it was not as they described it when you initially go for a tour. They stated that nap time is at 12, but they would 95% of the time place the kids down right after eating lunch and expect them to nap from 11:20am - 2pm. I noticed that they place the sleeping cots of the children next to the door entrances and after two times relaying the message this is a safety hazard, they rectified it in my sons class. How could the teacher see if the child didn't sneak out of the classroom due to a bookshelf blocking their view when they're patting down other children. Not sure if they have modified the cot set-up in the other classrooms or not (I doubt it). So the door can open up to the child and in case of emergency the child will be stuck behind the door. The teachers are nice and kind, however they have no control over the children. If the teacher is telling a story on the mat, then usually there are 3 - 5 kids messing around in other parts of the classroom causing a distraction at all times. What I observed (best thing about Kids R Kids is the parental PBJ video monitoring) is that the majority of the time the child is awake they are sitting around doing nothing - maybe coloring a piece of paper or playing with some toy - nothing educational. When the teacher is demonstrating something at their main table - they do not have all the kids sit around the same table - they are all scattered around. So, not really sure what the child is learning. The other reason I do give it 2 stars is due to the fact that when I went into the classroom my son had to use the toilet and I observed that the toilets were filthy and stank like urine not cleaned up for a few days. (I do understand 3 year old potty trained children do make messes, however this was beyond that). I wrote in about it and they had the teachers cleaning the toilets - however not sure how that continues with other classes. You should have a custodian routinely cleaning up the classroom bathrooms. In addition I noticed that they had no soap in the dispenser for the children. Then when they did have soap - the teacher held the soap bottle and had the students go to the teacher to get a squirt of soap after using the restrooms to wash their hands. The daily updates given are a joke. They don't tell you what the child learned during the day - gives you an update on what they ate and sometimes even that can be incorrect.I placed my son in KRK and after a month did they even take his picture and assign him a cube and hanger. The teachers didn't even spell his name correctly the first few weeks he was in class until I pointed it out to them. I believe there's a lack of communication btwn the administration and teachers.Overall I wouldn't recommend the daycare unless you need child care coverage from 6am - 6:30pm - which is great for a lot of parents needing the early morning start, however I'd keep looking as there are plenty of daycare facilities around that are as competitive and pricey in the area.

Kids R Kids of Missouri City is by far the greatest switch my wife and I made for our 2 year old son. The facility is clean, the staff and teachers are friendly and welcoming, but most importantly I know my son is learning new things every day. I really appreciate the daily emails I receive recapping the curriculum and activities of the day. Highly recommend Kids R Kids.Cookie Friday is a bonus too.
