Bought a $40 car wash , tipped $10 ahead of time and after it went through the wash, the man detailing it after didn’t do anything but move his hands around and act like he was working and when I asked about why the wheels weren’t washed he said no no , wheels don’t need to wash. They’re filthy.. car has water spots everywhere, interior was barely touched. I will never go back. Not my first bad experience there.

Scam.This used to a good place to come get your car washed. You pay the amount and that’s it.Past 2 times they have been up charging me either saying the vehicle is too big.. or sand. Which is understandable.Today they said time. I was Like okay keep the vehicle till 5 which is almost 3 hours from now…If you are going to charge extra for size, or whatever reason it should be listed.Service: Full body wash

It was my first time pulling into this car wash and I ended up having a bad experience, first hand.It concerned me to see that they did NOT tape down my rear windshield wiper or even unscrew my radio antenna. Most car washes I have been to do a good job considering doing that. However, not this location.Although the policy for any damage is posted at the entrance of the lanes, these employees should’ve been more considerate to prevent any possible damage to any cars. Now I have a broken windshield wiper and no compensation after complaining to the manager.Apparently I am not the first costumer that this has happened to. A previous costumer had the same issue a year ago. That says it all. These employees do NOT have any consideration for their customers.Beware for those who have a rear windshield wipers and for those who drive a hatchback with a rear windshield wiper.

These guys know what they are doing here. One of the classiest car washes I've been to in Fort Bend. I hope it stays that way. There is another a little further down on that isn't so pleasant to visit. I appreciate things like this greatly.

This place is truly a state-of-the-art gem in the world of car care. They recently installed new equipment and our cars look amazing after the wash.Their express detail service is nothing short of remarkable. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to making your vehicle shine. I was honestly blown away by how thorough and meticulous they were. My car looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. I have 3 GSD dogs and you can’t spot a single dog hair left, once they are done cleaning.The attention to detail and level of care they provide here is second to none. If you want your car to sparkle and look its absolute best, this is the place to go.

this is a first for me been dealing with them for so long that since new management I'm not sure who they're trying to please. I cancelled my services on 8/23/23 23 because my vehicle wasn't available why my account was charge 9/13/23 for something that was taken care of ahead of time now I have to wait 2-3 business days for refund. I've had a few mishaps since starting back my services after the winter break be clearly not getting as many carwashes but I'm truly disappointed in the way things are being handle. I know it's not always customers right as they now tell us but clearly they were wrong and such a disappointment in how this situation was handle. I hope this doesn't happen to others that choose to cancel their services in a timely manner. They want me to rate with a star before posting I don't want to give a star but that's the only way to get this out so here it is (0)

We started bringing our brand new vehicles to ishine carwash in Missouri city due to its convenient location. But since the first exceptional cleaning, my husband and I decided to get memberships because I really liked that first time detailed the vehicle. recently, the workers seems to be too overwhelmed. Our new vehicles gets scratched right after going the their detail cleaning. The detailing teams act like they don't Want to be there and or feeling bothered. I explained to their manager that my new vehicle has some blue colored splashes from the exterior as soon as I just ran through the carwash and I was told "there is nothing they can do" they didn't even try to fix the damaged they caused on my brand new automobile. We are spending more than $150 per vehicle cleaning and detailing bi weekly. I will have to cancel our membership and oh, their lanes are always closed so it's one lane and other times both lanes are closed and you have to always wait for 2hrs. I am very disappointed!!

Greeting,For the first time ever, I have never been treated with such disrespect, not only to my personal property but to my vehicle as well I came on Friday, September 1 to get a full wash and detail and the first thing that happened was I got overcharged for a minivan/SUV rate and having a third row well first of all my car is a Mitsubishi lancer so there's no way I could have a minivan and or a third row which is the first of many issues to come from this location after that I move everything outside of my seats to my truck and tell the detail manager not to go through my truck and for the numerous of times I've been there they've never been to my truck to be honest they never even looked in the car until this first time. Now after I take a call, I'd go outside and see the employees of this business going through my trunk and throwing stuff. They had no business being in a way and putting some of it in a plastic bag. Now I had to get my own stuff out of the garbage and had to go off because they had no business being in my trunk especially after being told not to be in my trunk and throwing away important, valuable stuff that they have no business menu now my other issue is you're not even done with the car, so how can you go to the trunk if you're not even done with the car. My car on the ground still looks a mess and it has not been vacuumed but you go to my trunk. But that's not the icing on the cake. The main part of the reason why I will never give you my business or let people that follow me and I don't Neil social media but also when I do reviews in the family members that I have known to give that location business is because of the simple fact that, instead of correcting the employees and telling them that they should never went to my trunk, you get mad at me and tell me to get out of the way of talking to your black employee so I can get my stuff back in my receipt because of the fact no, the manager was a white guy with tattoos on the back of his neck and felt that he should tell me that if I ever come back to me and him are going to have problems like you're trying to intimidate me because of the fact that your employees were wrong in the first place and you're coming at me because I'm the one that called them out now I wonder how many other people have been overcharged and dealt with bad service from that location ever since the management has Changed and once I looked at my receipt and see that at first I was being overcharged and he was rushing me to get out the store and rushing me not the same thing to your black employees meaning that you have some ulterior motives and I am never in my life. I've been so insulted to the point that I ask for decent customer service and a respectable price that I pay for especially when I know my price and you charge me for something that I don't even have, and I felt elderly and mostly disrespected. If this is how y'all are doing business, then you don't ever have to worry about me or anyone I know doing business with I'shine again because of the treatment happening here.Sincerely,P.S. First-time customer. Car wash d8d a good job. No complaints. I did ask if they cleaned the interior windows, and I was told no. Didn't realize that apparently they had express detail service until I found myself sitting in front of it while vacuuming .In 100-degree weather, I would have totally upgraded.Employees must do better with customer care ?

This was my first time here and my car was FILTHY. I got a full detail and I swear it was like I was driving it off the car lot. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be back!!!

I will NEVER use this business for ANYTHING! I contacted this location to speak with a manager regarding the detail that was done to one of my vehicles. The manager Abraham Cruz IMMEDIATELY went into defense about the timing been a week later which was inaccurate because he failed to even ask the name, didn’t verify any information or out of courtesy see what he could do as a manager to help the situation. Asking me did I do this or did I do that. I then asked to speak to someone over him and he stated the Area Manager ‘Steve’ was in a meeting and I couldn’t talk to him. Again, never asked my contact information just was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for corporate phone number and he told me to look on the website. Also, threatened me with calling the police, which I should’ve allowed him to do. How do you expect RESPECT and you don’t know how to give it. I addressed a concern with a service I paid for and it needed attention. I will count this as a loss, but again this is why businesses plunge because they have people like Mr. Cruz running something with lack of training and customer service skills. My money spends EVERWHERE and I will NOT be talked to RUDELY because I didn’t receive quality service. I left a message for corporate to give me a call and haven’t heard a word from them either!!!

I have been loyoal Ishine 2 cars membership customer for past 3yrs but This Ishine location should learn few things from other their franchise locations i.e. one in Pearland Est Broadway. Vacuums barley have any suction, parking is tight and in small numbers, bursches and drying blowers need upgrade. I had to run my car 2x through tunnel with second time entry guys with brushes ignoring me instead of asking why I have to go twice....may be time for me to find a different carwash place.

I paid $49.99 for an interior SuperClean detail. It want store clean. Then I was told I could pay another $10 for an Extra Super Clean. I'm never going back. They are high priced with low service! 1/2 star
