In the lab upstairs. Naomi is an exemplary phlebotomist who consistently demonstrates high proficiency in her role. Her blood drawing technique is fast and efficient, minimizing patient discomfort and wait times. Naomi maintains excellent hygiene standards, which is crucial in a medical setting. Her speed and efficiency, combined with strict adherence to hygiene protocols, make her a valuable asset to the phlebotomy lab. Patients can feel confident in Naomi's care and expertise.

I live in the area of the Primary Houston Methodist center. I was in need of a PCP, but after reading the reviews I definitely changed my mind. My cardiologist is with the Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center, and that's why I wanted to keep a doctor from there. So i'll continue looking. :(

I've been going to this clinic for many years. Initially my doctor was Dr. Rajan but she left and Dr. Monique Au became my doctor. I like Dr. Au. She is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She will advise you on the best route to take regarding your health. She is pretty thorough also. She gives you the advice and it is left up to you to follow through. I also like the clinic. The wait time is extremely great.

I went to my regular appointment . It suppose to be a regular blood work . They charge me because my thyroid level was borderline low . I was already having hypothyroidism. I also don’t like Dr Monique's bedside manners . She doesn’t really care when you really talk to her about your problems. I changed service from this facility because of her .

Front desk girl on the left has horrible attitude. Tried to blame another doctors office rather than apologizing. Apparently bad enough after she left the desk the other girl tried to see if she could help.

"Hi there, I had a 10:15 am appointment with Dr. Monique Au today, but I arrived less than 10 minutes late. Unfortunately, upon checking in and paying my co-pay, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to my tardiness. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist, citing that I've often had to wait well beyond my appointment time even when arriving early. I believe a 10 to 15 minute grace period is standard in such situations. As a result, I'll be seeking a new primary care doctor and will not be returning to Houston Methodist. When doctors overbook, patients are made to wait, yet there's no grace period for patients. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the handling of the situation, and I won't be returning. Thank you."

Had an appointment at 1:30pm, arrived 20 minutes late, the receptionist said she has to reschedule the appointment because I’m late, I told her my car didn’t start and I had to replace it at the dealership this morning plus you will keep me waiting anyway even if arrived on time usually even more than 20 minutes but she insisted in rescheduling although I didn’t see a single person on the waiting area, so I cancelled the appointment.

I went in to see Dr. Jeanne Smith today. She has been our family doctor for a year and a half or so. Firstly, she kept me waiting for 40 minutes. Regarding the reasons for going to see her, I have been struggling with significant hair loss, appetite loss with weight gain, depression, low energy, and high cholesterol. I told her of my issues and she was completely dismissive, "wo-man-splained" to me that of course, I had gained weight because I take my dogs on one walk a day instead of three now that my energy is low. Everything that I told her, she had a quick and dismissive reason that basically let me know that my issues must be because of my lack of care for myself. Her bedside manner was belittling, and completely lacking in any compassion and kindness. She left to get some paperwork and never returned, instead sending her nurse in to finish the appointment. I then went to the lab to get my blood drawn and she had completely messed up my blood work order, so much so that waiting for it to get figured out would have made me late for my next appointment. This all took way too long and left me feeling helpless, hopeless, and not valued as a patient. I have already started looking for a new doctor and will NEVER go back to see Dr. Smith. I am even contemplating using a different provider altogether (leaving Methodist for another health organization). The two doctors we have seen at Primary Care Group have been uninterested and dismissive. I am not impressed and will not be going back.

Office staff aren't capable of personalized service. The practitioner I saw is unwilling to help provide assistance with anything; will refer out to other providers.

Would never recommend this office. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 months now. They rescheduled the first time without a reason and said I am not scheduled on their calendar the day of the second appointment. Very unprofessional.

Had a terrible throat ache for like two weeks. It was a weekend and I couldn't stand it anymore. One of the worst mistakes of my life. People were ok but my bill came out to $1500+ with insurance. I'm never going to an ER again in my life. I learned my lesson.

Suite 100 has horrible customer service. VERY unprofessional-especially nurse “Shaquietta”. She need to go back to nursing school. She is incompetent with poor understanding. The staff could be heard laughing at patients situations. I could hear inappropriate conversations about patients. There are too many doctors to be putting up with this unprofessional MESS!

Dr Kerry Laursen is a great physician. My PCP of 15+ years retired in 2018. I have been seeing Dr Laursen for over a year now. I love the access to the patient portal. It has made scheduling an appointment so fast and easy. During COVID I have been able to have TELE/VIDEO appointments with no issues. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.
