Garden center complaint: the young lady at the register this morning was super slow and did not care. She took forever with one lady and they started talking about life and events that had nothing to do with the plants she was buying. The gentleman working there also noticed the long line behind me and how slow she was going and told her to move faster but she ignored him. She kept talking and asking questions about events in their life etc and the gentleman told her again to move faster. She ignored him once again. I had to pay with a credit card instead of cash because she would not do her work.
If she wanted to talk to the lady about something else they need to do that outside of work and not while there is a line in the garden center area with people under the sun. She was slow and her dismissive attitude was disrespectful to the other customers and her co-worker. She knew what she was doing but did not care at all. Completely ignored everyone else.
8.3.24 One more awful experience with Home Depot and their delivery service and their management at the store and online. They screwed up the time of delivery really bad and did not communicate as they should which created a missed delivery that came 2 hours early. Delivery driver had attitude about me not being home 2 hours before delivery.
I tried the speak to an online supervisor and they left me on hold.
I called THIS Home Depot twice to speak to a supervisor and they purposely left me on hold and never got back to the line. I told the second person what had happened and she just told me to hold and never returned. No Supervisor would get on the line to take care of the problem.

Thank you to the contractor at home Depot Mr.Robert Allen he did such a beautiful job on our front door! Very kind & sweet guy who does honest work. I really like how he made special additions to help with our door!

I love this store but you guys really lack associates in the electrical department. I'm tired of having no one there to help whenever I go there. Please hire some more people ? we have business and this is the only store that's nearby and I hate ordering from

Extremely rude customer service. Especially the Hispanic girl at self check out. Accuse me of cutting line without any apologies. While she try letting other Hispanic cut me off. Unprofessional. And their store is a mess. Will go to Lowe’s from now on and cancel my credit card.

Employee asked if I needed help and paged someone to come by.. then he started talking to me asking me if I was married, how many tattoos I had and how old I was.. i felt super uncomfortable and I made it obvious that I didnt want to discuss my personal stuff... please tell employees not to do that

It is very unpleasant to visit this place, there is never anyone who can help you, you ask someone for help and they tell you that it is not their department and there must be someone else there, apparently they do not know what customer service is, when someone finally arrives, He arrives reluctantly, with a bad attitude, sometimes you can notice racism in people, if they don't like the work where they do. , they are in the wrong place. go better. and finally they never have what you are looking for, according to them they have it available on the website and when you get there they don't have it.

I visited the garden center in Missouri City, this week. Very impressed with Dominga. She was extremely helpful. Found me a cart. For some reason there aren't any available in the garden center. Once she got a feel of what I was interested in, she showed me various areas that were 50% off for quality houseplants. She told me a delivery had recently arrived, and that they were inside the main building. I'm going back Wednesday. There are a couple of plants I can't stop thinking about. This is not the location closest to me, but it definitely had the nicest garden center, and staff. If you go, look for Dominga.
