“First time at this location, since I normally go to the Stafford location but I was in the area.. and I was looking at some furniture. I asked a guy that was there for help but he couldn’t help me (can’t remember his name) so he got me someone who could. Andres was sooo sweet and helpful with answering my questions and he was so patient (God knows I asked a million questions) anyways he’s such a sweetheart they’re so lucky to have him! He needs a raise. I hope management sees this.”

“I came to this Michael's as a last resort for a scrapbook and supplies. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection compared to the location on Bissonnett as well as Hobby Lobby. This location also felt more spacious and not so cluttery. After I picked out my scrapbook, I was roaming around for markers and glue. An associate - Rashel, asked me if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. The customer service was very friendly. My cashier was another associate -Yessenia but she was also nice. The prices are expensive, but to be expected. They do always have coupons though, I had a decent savings!”

They can’t print anything so be sure you have everything correct.”

Bought a Traxxas 4tec kit a while back and immediately went back to make upgrades and they provided all the upgrades that are recommended/needed and other parts that I could buy but are not isn’t necessary due to minimal change. I appreciate a shop that gives the honest opinion and not trying to get you to spend all your money but spend the right amount for the joy and laughs that come with it.”
