My wife and I go to this store regularly. If the owners of this store are making a good profit, I would be surprised. The service has been exceptionally abysmal. None of the employees know where anything is when you ask them. The reason we go there is because it is close to our home. Today, March 28, at about 5:10 pm, I asked a young man about 16 or 17 where the Kendall Jackson wine was, and he gave me the blank look after I asked him 3 times. He said he would send for help. he then went over to a table where apparently a manager, a man in his 50s was on his break with another employee. He was enjoying his break so much he didn’t have time to help me. After waiting for at least 6 minutes, I decided to check out with the items I already had. The manager in his 50s finally arrived, and I old him it was too late, I was checking out. The training of the employees appears to be the primary area of concern, and then the indifferent attitude is glaringly apparent. Some of the food selection is good, however there is not nearly enough sugar free food as one would expect from a health foodstore.

thank you for Europinean products in the USA, especially for Ukrainian.Please don’t put Ukrainian products on categories russian.We are paying a big price to be separated for ever!?? with love to Turkey ??.better name it Slavic countries ?

I have been a loyal customer of HM since the day they opened and continued to be, until the past month. They have been firing the good employees, which is the only reason that I continued to stay loyal. The store has gone through many changes and challenges, but the kindness and care from these employees kept me coming back. I felt a great sense of community there.The bakery and bakery staff are excellent and make some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. The new quaint middle eastern restaurant in the front of the store is amazing, and the chef is absolutely delightful. These two parts of the store will be the only area that I buy from moving forward, sadly.

This is a very disgusting place to shop. The food is expired on the shelves and the produce is rotten. When I was in the food court I noticed they were serving meat that had a green color and the grease was super dark. The health department needs to shut this place down.

We come here for the food prepared on site. The last couple times the cook was backed up and could not serve us. Hire more professional cooks so that we can continue to enjoy this service. Thanks.

Well just picked up cake and drove 5 mins down the road, no sharp turns or bumps and it sagged already. On top of that they asked me to come pick it up an hour later than scheduledI spent $100 on cake and cupcakes and it was subpar.

Okay but often limited selections. Often have solicitors outside the main entrance that are annoying. 9/10 times I’d recommend driving the extra 2 minutes to HEB.

The gentleman in the meat department was very helpful & kind. The produce was good, however, it was very apparent that the women in the bakery section only want serve people of certain demographics. There were only a few people in the entire store on a Saturday afternoon & no other customers at that counter. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed help after waiting for a few minutes. Yet when someone else merely walked towards the counter, they received full attention. My facial expression after seeing this spoke volumes so one of them reluctantly makes her way towards me. But it was too late. That was my 1st & last time shopping at this store.

Love this place!!! Awsome for quick single item pick ups or full weekly grocery shopping. They have a great selection without the hassle.
