The store is well stocked, and employees very courteous. There are plenty of checkstands open. Tonight on July 5th. I bought bone-in rib steaks for $4.47 a pound!!

The HEB staff that blows balloons in the flower shop needs more training on customer support. This indeed a busy day/season however that’s never an excuse for not helping your customers.

The little curbside shoppers are the rudest set of people I’ve ran across and their manager is the ring leader. I know for a fact all partners are required to wear a name badge but for some reason not everyone has one on. I was just starting my shopping and an employee hauling a cart with no name badge present stops right in front of me and dashes down the aisle. No excuse me or anything in regards to her rudeness. I go to ask for her name and she refuses, that’s insane. Talking to the manger Linda was like talking to a kindergarten teacher. I’m far from a child and won’t be talked to like one. All I got was a “sorry”. Tried calling for a store manager of course no answer. That’ll be the last time I step foot in there I’ll just have to make that drive to Manvel.
