Worst car wash ever! See previous reviews and photos posted by customers on other review sites going back at least 5 years!! After going through the car wash, and the vehicle completely air dried, the exterior paint / clear coat finish was visibly scratched or "scrubbed" off in specific areas. The damaged areas were in a continuous, straight linear pattern from front-to-back in specific areas: 1) front bumper; 2) hood; 3) sunroof; 4) rear tailgates; and 5) rear bumper. The damage appears to be caused either by abrasive, caustic cleaning or rinsing solutions, or the relatively new large and stiffer overhead red/black brush that moved only from front-to-back direction. The side-cleaning, softer brushes did not cause any visible damages to the sides of the vehicle. The car wash payment kiosk did not print out a receipt, which occurs often.Contacted the location store manager(s) who took photos, and forwarded my claim. Subsequently, another manager called, who claimed she reviewed the car wash video (which I was not allowed to also view), but couldn't see any "mechanical" malfunction, and denied any responsibility. Eventually had to file a car wash damage claim with my auto insurance.Based upon other car wash reviews, which I unfortunately discovered after my incident, l'll never shop or use the car wash at this H-E-B location again.

I am very disappointed in HEB's pharmacy staff. They have become a very rude group of people with strong judgemental tendencies. They are choosing not to fill prescriptions based on what information? Do they have my medical records, history, or any information other than a script written by my medical provider who DOES have my history. The ONLY information they really have about me is my pigmentation. I am a black female of a particular age with multiple ailments and yesterday I was not even allowed to use my Good RX discount cards. When I informed the young female that I wanted to use the discounts I was met with "it's not going to be any cheaper than what you are already getting it for". I felt embarrassed and belittled so i did not push the issue, but it would have been less expensive, which i discovered after paying and reviewing the charges after I left. I was even told that you do not dispense a medication that I have had filled by your pharmacy in the recent past. I called to get the status of my order and was placed on hold for several minutes and was given a time to pick up my order but never told that this particular medication was not carried. I was specifically informed that 6 scripts would be ready in an hour but when I arrived they realized that they do not stock the only one that is controlled and this was not determined until I was standing in front of them! So how should I take this? I was requesting a script that I have had filled multiple times by THIS pharmacy, you had it on the list to be filled when I called to get the status and confirmed that 6 scripts would be ready in one hour and when you see me, a black female standing in front of you, you no longer stock the only controlled script on the list. I will reiterate that I am very disappointed in the "HERE EVERYTHING is BETTER" chain making relief in Healthcare their personal battle (in my opinion) to diagnose their customers based on pigmentation rather than need. I have had arthritis that has caused me pain since I was 11 years old and I am much older than my 11 year old self It was called juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and if anyone knows anything about arthritis it did not get better with time and in my case it has progressed to osteoarthritis and I am now being judged like a junkie for trying to have some quality of life. I am plagued with arthritic pain in multiple areas in my body. I have subscribed to all of the various requirements the government has required of me and there is no relief. In some cases the pain was increased. HEB, PLEASE check your sensitivity level particularly with your pharmacy staff. Maybe sensitivity training is something your staff would benefit from because I have definitely experienced their lack thereof.

Curbside service very bad and very slow they have alot of orders and customers waiting for long time to get there orders delivered to the cars no one cars and they always have low numbers of employees to service during the busy time. Management should look on this issue.

They have the worst customer service. Rude managers and rude staff. Long lines if you don't want to use self check outs. They save money by making their clients work for them instead of paying for cashiers.

Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!

I started using various grocery delivery services during covid. H‑E‑B was and remains the most consistently reliable. The items I want to order are in stock, the delivery times I want are available. The app is great to use - I've discovered many new favorites on the app that I wouldn't have seen in the store. I like to search for categories, like "plant based", "keto", "ginger" etc. This store is a lifeline for me and my family.

Placed curbside order 8-21 with a confirmed pickup time and date for 8-22. After checking in and waiting 45 mins I was given some excuse that my order hadn't even started. Waste of my time and gasoline. Needless to say I told the curbside Dept manager to cancel the order. 5 minutes to bill my credit card but will take 3 days to refund. In early July is was given 6 lbs of ground Chuck where fresh red meat was wrapped around old out of date brown meat. Of course that part of the order was taken off my receipt after I complained to corporate offices. Once I can determine how to post the photos I will get them up. Needless to say I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I just left H‑E‑B & I really was very surprised. I have stopped at H‑E‑B since it opened & I have always found it to be top-notch & excellent quality. I tried to buy some meat but the meat appeared to be old & not fresh. The fruit was brown. It seems as though things have changed at My H‑E‑B! The quality is just not there anymore. This is not the first time that I've seen things that aren't fresh. I'm headed to another store in the area to buy fresh food that doesn't look old. It's a shame.

I love H‑E‑B… but this is just GROSS! A hair sealed into the hotdog packaging. What makes it even worse is that this was ordered through the online order, so the person who put my order together was careless to observe the products. I understand things happen… but this is just nasty and unsanitary. ?

We used to love this HEB the first few years it was open, when Paul was the manager. It wasn't perfect, but if there was an issue, Paul went above and beyond to make it right. Now, management couldn't care less. If you have any type of problem (such as missing items you paid for), don't expect much response. This location is constantly out of inventory and the store layout gets changed regularly (so you have to hunt for things and possibly buy unintended items during your search). The "Personal Shoppers" they have with the giant blue carts are rude and inconsiderate, blocking shoppers all the time in the aisles. It won't get better because they have made it obvious that customer satisfaction doesn't matter to them. What a decline.
