I am very disappointed in HEB's pharmacy staff. They have become a very rude group of people with strong judgemental tendencies. They are choosing not to fill prescriptions based on what information? Do they have my medical records, history, or any information other than a script written by my medical provider who DOES have my history. The ONLY information they really have about me is my pigmentation. I am a black female of a particular age with multiple ailments and yesterday I was not even allowed to use my Good RX discount cards. When I informed the young female that I wanted to use the discounts I was met with "it's not going to be any cheaper than what you are already getting it for". I felt embarrassed and belittled so i did not push the issue, but it would have been less expensive, which i discovered after paying and reviewing the charges after I left. I was even told that you do not dispense a medication that I have had filled by your pharmacy in the recent past. I called to get the status of my order and was placed on hold for several minutes and was given a time to pick up my order but never told that this particular medication was not carried. I was specifically informed that 6 scripts would be ready in an hour but when I arrived they realized that they do not stock the only one that is controlled and this was not determined until I was standing in front of them! So how should I take this? I was requesting a script that I have had filled multiple times by THIS pharmacy, you had it on the list to be filled when I called to get the status and confirmed that 6 scripts would be ready in one hour and when you see me, a black female standing in front of you, you no longer stock the only controlled script on the list. I will reiterate that I am very disappointed in the "HERE EVERYTHING is BETTER" chain making relief in Healthcare their personal battle (in my opinion) to diagnose their customers based on pigmentation rather than need. I have had arthritis that has caused me pain since I was 11 years old and I am much older than my 11 year old self It was called juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and if anyone knows anything about arthritis it did not get better with time and in my case it has progressed to osteoarthritis and I am now being judged like a junkie for trying to have some quality of life. I am plagued with arthritic pain in multiple areas in my body. I have subscribed to all of the various requirements the government has required of me and there is no relief. In some cases the pain was increased. HEB, PLEASE check your sensitivity level particularly with your pharmacy staff. Maybe sensitivity training is something your staff would benefit from because I have definitely experienced their lack thereof.

I love H‑E‑B… but this is just GROSS! A hair sealed into the hotdog packaging. What makes it even worse is that this was ordered through the online order, so the person who put my order together was careless to observe the products. I understand things happen… but this is just nasty and unsanitary. ?

Had an a Flu vaccine appointment at 1020 am. went to see the person in the counter to check in and inform of my arrival. I was told to remain sitting in one of the chairs and to wait. "They will call you", I was told. I didn't who "They" are. I assumed it was the pharmacist/s. I waited as told. After more than 35 minutes has passed, the same person asked me what I was waiting on. She literally forgot that I was the same person she directed to sit in the waiting area. I told her that I was waiting to be called for my flu shot. She responded that I have to check in. So, I said I thought I had already checked in when I told you earlier that I am here for my vaccine appointment. She didn't apologize but redirected me to the adjacent window to the right. This lady gathered my information but didn't bother to apologize for the delay. There was no other customer waiting for a vaccine. I was again told to sit in the waiting area "to be called". I waited another 15-20 minutes. The pharmacist, Minh Nguyen, did not make eye contact, didn't apologize for my long wait, didn't thoroughly ask for allergies or prior adverse reactions, or give any details/education about the vaccine, expected effects/adverse reactions, etc. He sounded rushed, thanked for my patience, administered the shot, then walked away. I like the store, but pharmacy customer service could use a lot of improvement.

Please replace your shopping carts. They have seen better days. I love this store but the carts are annoying loud, clanking and so hard to push. It’s time for an overhaul.

This is the best pharmacy and all of our area! They go above and beyond to help me and my family and it is the best customer service we have ever had in a pharmacy! Every single person that works there is well trained, nice, and knows what they are doing! Everyone knows my name and they always offer advice when needed and have our prescriptions done very quickly. We will never go anywhere else!

Heb! I need some shopping.Heb! Not just any shopping.Heb! You know I need some groceries.Heb!This is a pretty standard HEB location which is way too busy for my liking, located right on Highway 6. We've come in here a couple of times.Also we found the service wasn't great and the options were similarly not too great, and we had some pretty bad experiences with some of the employees, as well as a general panic buying type of mentality that was going on here that didn't make things too great, much more so than the other HEB locations at the beginning of Corona.So we were not fans to say the least, but it's here and it might help if you need groceries in this area.And of course this location is frequented by HEBron James and HEBber Locklear.The only thing I bass this on is FLEABut Barbie's my princess, and I need to PEEEspecially after an OJ or THREEFrom HEB for about five FIFTYThe clientele here are BOURGEOISIEAnd they consume more pastries than the Houston PDAnd I hate the way the night managers act ANGRILYBut we still always shop at the HEB!

Staff absolutely ignores you at self checkout, eight employees walk past as light is blinking with zero acknowledgement. The young girl, different hair colors, working the area has no idea of customer service. The 'manager' I am assuming, young guy with black hair says nothing as he puts his code in to the self checkout. Neither can be concerned with eye contact or verbal acknowledgement. There is a reason why I haven't visitied this location in over six months, HEB in Sienna is top notch with customer service. Despise that I spent my money at this location today.
