This place is run like a circus! I checked in in person via phone number and was told wait time was about an hour. After an hour, I received a text to return in 15 minutes. Called and verified my spot was opened and zero wait time so I returned in 5 minutes of call / 10 minutes from received text. But I waited 20 minutes as they took customer that walked in as I did (and no other customers at that moment) and was made to check in again but told I was next. However, they started taking others that arrived after me and said they were many ahead of me. Manager, between arguing / yelling with other employees, couldn't tell me how many in front of me or how long my wait was. Witnessed the exactly the same for an elderly customer who was ok to wait- ridiculous! So beware - their screen display with the clients names does not work, employees lie and co-workers fight one another.

I had a bad experience here recently with a stylist named June (according to the receipt). In so many words, I was accused of lying because I told them that I got my haircut there previously and they could not find my information in the system. Furthermore, I asked some questions regarding some haircut terminology that I was unfamiliar with. She essentially said that I should just look it up on my phone and that I was a man and have gotten haircuts before so I should know what I want. It left a very unpleasant impression of the store's professionalism and level of customer service.

Poor customer service! I checked in online and there was “0” wait time. We typically go to the other Missouri City location; however, they are full for the day, so we decided to check out this location. My son and I have now waited for over 15 minutes due the employees taking back other customers back that have came in after us, which is ridiculous! Their screen display with the clients names does not work either. I have never experienced this nonsense at the other location and we have been Great Clips customers for years!

Visited today for my Son's haircut at 415pm on Feb 19th. The hairdresser was so hurry and she finished the hair cut in less than 5 minutes even refusing to short the front side hair. Very unprofessional and all they want is money without putting any efforts. Very much disappointed and now I need to take him to a professional hair salon and pay them as well. Worst services. Stay away from this place!

I personally like great clips, but I had a bad experience when i visited for a haircut. For some reason, the stylist did not want to touch my hair while using scissors. She did an uneven haircut using comb and scissors all around because she is avoiding to hold my hair with fingers. I will never be going to this location again.

I had a very bad experience from this haircutting salon.The employee name June, she seems irritated up on arrival and she didn’t even listen how I wanted to style my kids hair.She does not know how to handle the kids and very argumentative in front of them. Bad attitude by the stylist. Not recommended.

Fair price for a kid's cut and Ms Paula was great, hard part was a bit too wide and she cut it a bit too short. In the end, she made it work...plus, boys' hair grows quick!
