Upfront pricing- so you'll never wonder about future charges. On time, delivery with communication and notes. Friendly staff! I've used them at least 3 times and they never disappoint. Very honest and local to me! I used to use PODS but I'm team Go Mini's of Houston now ;)

Total 5 star experience from my initial phone call to the final pickup of the unit.We used their 20 ft container for a couple of months as driveway storage during a remodel. The extra 4 ft length over the standard 16 ft containers gave us a substantial amount of additional cubic ft of storage.As others have mentioned, Angie was friendly and most helpful anytime I had a question or needed info. The gentlemen who delivered/picked up the unit were on time and very professional. The unit itself was clean and weathertight - zero issues with rain or critters getting inside. And there were no surprises on quoted and charged costs.I hope, as in any review, that the management of this company realizes and appreciates that the individuals dealing directly with the public are the face of their company. In this case their attitude and efficiency was exemplary.Highly recommended - we would use this company again without hesitation.

We loaded 3 20 foot pods with our home contents with plans to store for a month. Construction on our new home was delayed an additional month. During the load the movers realized we needed a 3rd pod, I had only ordered 2 initially. Angie was great and helped us quickly to find a 3rd pod and get delivered same day. On our unload the driver arrived at time expected with 2 pods as we planned. went to get 3rd pod and took away the first 2 as he delivered the 3rd. He was great, communicated well and did everything we asked to help make it a successful move. Angie was great to help me think of things on pod placement to make the move best for movers. She answers quickly and always professional and kind to talk to. HIGHLY recommend the pods were in good condition, storage seemed to not cause any damage to our contents.

I never write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with Go Mini's I wanted to ensure I did! They were extremely professional and helped with all of my needs. They always called me 30 minutes out before arriving and were also able to do a same day drop off and pick up because my new rental location was not keen on the pod staying there over the weekend. I would recomend Go Mini's to anyone who is looking for a storage Pod need they were perfect!

I would highly recommend Go-Minis of Houston. We had prompt delivery following the February 2021 Freeze and prompt pickup today, 14 months later. The unit was a wonderful way to keep our valuables securely with us during reconstruction of our home. No leaks, no runs, no errors - as Johnny Bench used to say. Excellent!

20' pod was delivered on time and was very clean. Driver managed to locate it exactly where I needed it on a very narrow tree-lined drive. Once I was finished, pod was picked up within a few days. I couldn't be happier with the service and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Had to empty out my mancave/home office after the '21 winter storm. Go-Mini's was able to deliver within a few days, and was very easy to work with. Project took longer than expected, but it was very great to have the storage on-site.. for $25 more a month than a storage unit down the road! Definitely worth it for the convenience. Pickup was quick and easy as well.

Great company with a great product. We were able to get one after the Texas freeze (2/2021) and they worked with us very well. They dropped the unit off exactly how we wanted and picked it up without hassle. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for temporary or long term storage. Their prices are very affordable for the quality of product you get.

I absolutely appreciate how professional, yet friendly Angie is. She has helped me with all of my moving and storage issues since 2017. Latest is a move which involved several GoMini's. She helped me to arrange all of the times I needed and coordinated the staggered drop offs and pick ups. Was a bit crazy, but she patiently stayed on the phone as we tried to coordinate all the times and dates. Jose B, who delivered a number of my GoMIni's to me and picked up, was so good at his job it all seemed so effortless.. And he paid attention as to where I wanted the GoMini's to go that on future pick up and drop off dates, he didn't even have to ask where! This is an excellent company, with great employees and a most accommodating service. I just can't say enough about Go Mini's. Thank you, Thank you!

Called and got my unit just fine and delivered. Price was ok, I loaded the pod and 2 months later open it up to find it’s been leaking water the whole time all over priceless pictures and belongings . Called to get fixed, they did come out and fix in somewhat of a timely manner. As far as my belongings I still haven’t heard back from them about reimbursement or replacement. I have calls and send text several time with no response. 8 months later it’s now time to pick the unit up. Called mid week for end of week pick up and guess what, no call no show. I had plans made and company invited over thinking this pos pod would be gone. Call mid afternoon asking what time, never got a call back until I called again and left a message. They call back saying some excuse to why it is still in my driveway and now they can’t come till Monday. Will never do business again! BEWARE!!
