This is a terrible pharmacy. Their customer service is beyond terrible. I called for my child's Covid vaccine information on a Thursday. No call was returned back until Monday. On Monday I was told to come in person to talk to the pharmacist. Upon reaching the store the pharmacist made me wait for an hour since she was assisting a customer in getting Christmas decoration. Despite of letting her know that I have been waiting since Thursday of the week before and that I have a travel coming up , the pharmacist had a bad attitude and lack of courtesy. Should getting vaccine information for a child take over 4 days to get?

This pharmacy called constantly, offered very little assistance, and was quite pushy about me placing my order. But, I don't fault the staff for that; I'm sure they were following orders. However, a lady named Anna was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and had such a nasty attitude that I will take my business elsewhere.

EDIT: Well, true to my word, I returned for lunch the next day and I was not disappointed! The seafood boudin was a first time treat for me. I would definitely eat it again. See my pictures with comments.

Pharmacist was kind and informative. She thoroughly explained my medication and answer my many questions. The shop is cute and homemade food served at lunch counter always smells delicious. Recommend 5/5.

Attempted to get a script filled and they would not assist with finding out if the simple syrup had anything i was allergic to. They said they did not have the time to go over it and it would be an extra charge to make it allergy friendly. Then they were like well it would be 750 with insurance so this is a deal. They said they would have it done end of day and i would not even have been able to get it before they closed. I have never been treated worse when trying to fill med.

I paid $140 for a compounded medication for a 10 supply. Needless to say, the supply was only for 9 days. I notified the pharmacist who didn’t apologize or take any accountability. Due to her making a refill and me telling her that I will not be picking it up, she stated she will make a note to not fill any more medications for me. I am ok with that because I will not be using them again, and will not recommend them. This is actually the second time that I have been shorted a day supply. The first time, I thought human error. Now that it has happened again, I feel it was an intentional gypping.

Been by here a few times for the delicious homemade snack bar/smoothie parlor inside and to get some Hallmark-like stuff. Enjoy the kindness of the staff and owner and the comfortable home-filled vibe of the place. Will be getting my prescriptions fulfilled here from now on.

I can back up the claims about the rude customer service. My father went in to pick up MOM's prescription and came back without it. My dad was spoken to in a very rude manner and was also talked down from what he claims. My dad has times where he has little patience and can have a temper so I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I told my parents I would handle it and I called the pharmacy myself. When I spoke to the owner or whoever in charge I was also spoken to in a rude condescending manner and was told my family would not be serviced there due to my dad's attitude.Most of the people complaining about poor customer service seems to be people of color... So I'm wondering if that might have something to do with it... Just a thought.

Was concerned due to reviews here but we checked it out anyway as we are new to this area. Mona the pharmacist is very courteous and accommodating.Their smoothies are the best I've had ..natural with home made ice cream!We even got our Covid booster shots here in a quick and efficient manner. Laurie was great! Definitely a frequent hangout for our family!
