“Ordered my first delivery online and noticed part of my card message was cut off. I called to check and the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me finish my card message and also informed me they were out of the specific flower in the arrangement I chose. He upgraded my arrangement for free and offered to deliver within the hour. That's great customer service! My friend loved her flowers and I absolutely loved getting a confirmation email about the hand delivery and with a picture of it being delivered to the correct address, genius!”

“I recently visited this Trendsetter Perfumes and was blown away by the vast selection of fragrances they offer! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the different scents and finding the perfect one for my preferences. The prices were also very reasonable, and I ended up purchasing two bottles! The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this perfume shop to anyone looking to find their new signature scent.”
“A cute shop in Montrose with local art and a variety of things to make a great gift! Parking: Parking in the area is a bit challenging. There's no street parking in front but there is some across the way if you can find a spot. I believe they also share a parking lot with Common Bond behind the building (and have a rear door from there to come in), but that lot is frequently full in my experience. Service: The staff is always amazing and friendly! Honestly it seems like they really enjoy being their and help bring so much positivity! Selection: If you need cards this is the place! Whether it's holiday cards, birthday cards, or random silly cards - they don't just have them but have a full wall of them!! They also have a lot of art from local artists which is great! Other selections often include bath products (like soap, bath salts), home goods (like wood accent bowls, candles), stickers (tons and tons of stickers), jewelry, and more! Their selection often changes too which keeps me coming back! Price: They have something for every budget but the prices can be a bit high since they do have handmade and artist things. That being said, none of it is unreasonable for the products and you can get lower cost items. Overall it's a great little shop and I'm glad it exists!”

“They didn't have the Chinese wedding cloth I was looking for (which is hard to find), but they did have 50% OFF cheongsam (Chinese dress/es)!!!I bought two, a long and a short, to cover different occasions. I do have custom ones for formal events, but these are for more casual affairs. At $25 and $20 with a good fit, I'm looking forward to wearing my new cheongsam for fun!I also bought some red envelopes to use in giving out money to the young ones at Chinese New Year. Some had dragons on them, this coming year's symbol.Bought some little fabric pouches at .25¢, .50¢ and $2 to pretty up tiny gifts. There are plenty of affordable items.Browse and be surprised!”

“These Are trying times. And I ordered a small arrangement for a man I've known my whole life, best friends with my parents. He has brain cancer. When he was moved from the hotel to a new location I panicked. When I spoke to the delivery woman, I snapped. And she kept communicating and made sure the hotel would get it to him. All while rains with floods were headed to Houston. THANK YOU!”

I had some issues with my payment being declined and my order duplicating. Upon calling the store I spoke to Kat who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She was able to quickly cancel my extra order, address all my concerns and was even able to ship it out the same day just a few hours later. Stellar service!”

“Your local Sanrio Store! Super cool and endless collection of Sanrio things! I was amazed like a little child lol! I left happy with my haul!! Great customer service too! Although, I was a little disheartened when I was told how much the cashier got paid (she was the only one running the whole place and doing a good job at it too) and by the fact that she doesn’t keep her tips from credit cards. After working in many service industry jobs, I’ve had my fair share of corrupt or rude management , so it’s sad to still see that as something that’s regular. Based off of the stress of the cashier and her fear of doing something wrong (inevitably causing worse service in a way if you saw it like that), I could tell the management/owner probably isn’t a very pleasant person to work with. Stop by for your Sanrio needs but be sure to show kindness to the cashier :)!! Also, friendly reminder, if you want to tip someone in the service industry do it in cash (they keep 100% of it). I do not know anyone who works here or owns this place personally. I’m just going off my observations from the first time I stopped by.”

“Purchased a beautiful set of solid mint tiles, which came in a bundle with racks/pushers, dice, a large carrying case and three smaller inner bags for storing the tiles. Absolutely love this set. Also had bags monogrammed, which turned out beautifully. The customizing took a few extra weeks, but was worth the wait. Erica, the store manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful when I reached out to ask about the status of my order. This is a great company with quality merchandise and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely do business with them again.”
