I had to pickup an online order at this location. I selected it to be curbside pickup and after waiting for 30 minutes I had to go inside to ask for my order because they hadn't come out. They gave me HALF of my order because they didn't agree with the price that I paid for my items even though I got them on special online. The manager was rude and the only thing that we agreed with was for them to give me a refund because they refused to give me what I paid for.

i return the flower buds that we bought that don't have any buds in the package, customer refuse to exchange or refund. please open and check that the products is in the package before you but. the buds only cost us $6.00 or $7.00 only, but fell like Home Depot is cheating it's customer. now all my PersonAl and business purchase going to Lowe's

My experience with Home depot has been absolutely horrendous! In December of 2022 I purchsed a refrigerator/freezer to replace one that was no longer working. Along with purchasing the unit, I purchased the installation service. It is now March 11th 2023, almost four months later and the refrigerator/freezer unit is still in my garage. I have taken time off work in order to be present for an installation that never happened. I have given up Saturday's for an installation that never happened. What is even more frustrating is that no one has ever extended a common courtesy to me to tell me that the installation has been canceled. I sit and wait and wait and wait. The only reason I have found out that the installation has been canceled is because I have called to see where the installation team is and each time was told I wasnt scheduled for service. A few hours later a supervisor calls to apologize and to reschedule the service with a guarante that I am 'on the schedule', however no one ever came. This repeated pattern is absolutely absurd. In addition, the plumber that was scheduled by the Home Depot office was canceled, again with no warning. When I reached out to find out why the plumber was canceled, I am told that this is not a service Home Depot provides and I must find my own plumber. So much of my time and energy has been wasted. As a senior citizen and a retired teacher, I expected a higher level of professionalism. Communication is paramount, however I found it to be incredibly lacking with Home Depot. The entire experience has been quite disappointing and I would not choose to work with Home Depot again.

I won't say the worse experience but I wish people wanted to work and have customer service. unfamiliar with wood I ask an associate for help, slow walking and sounding confuse I told/shower him the measurements that I needed and the idea that I had. he brought me over to a section and advise that he would return to after he assist another customer...15 minutes of standing no return, walk to the area that the woman was in he isn't to be found! disappointed guess I'll take my purchase to Lowe's hopefully I get better service over there!

Home Depot shipped me this refrigerator (3) times and it was damaged each time. The second time they said they were going to do the "white glove service" which is a lie. They offered nothing other than we can cancel the order or reschedule. I buy from Home Depot for their service, not GE. They have lost my service forever and I will tell anyone I have see think about going there to run far away. Their customer service is the worst and they lie. Never buy from Home Depot

Cousin went to return a toilet and was greeted with the most disrespectful customer service. 3 girls all in sync at the customer service desk telling him he had to bring in a heavy toilet box himself... that they don't help with that. He explains he's there to exchange the toilet because it was missing the hardware and was told he should know what he's buying before he buys it and that all toilets don't come with the hardware. A false statement. One of the girls was in a hurry to refund the transaction he said no I'm not here for that just an exchange. Then in a nasty tone tells him he has to go to the back and pick out the toilet he wants. He gets to the area where the toilets are and asks someone if he could get a flatbed cart- they were rude as well and proceeded to say that the carts are up front-he tells them he's not wanting a regular cart because the box was too big to fit. They very unprofessionally and reluctantly helped him. I personally have been to this particular store and was met with the same rude condescending behavior from the employees. Why don't some people realize that maybe customer service is not their forte.

One of the worst home depot. location. I went there this morning to get a repair kit for my sprinkler system. While checking out at customer service, I asked the lady to do a price check and was shocked to find HD 3x the price from Walmart and 50% more from Lowes. I told the lady that this was price gouging. Her response - we just had a freeze, and HD price gouging is justifiable!!!

Curbside pick up take 1hour 30mins wait. Is that normal?? I don't think that normal at all. When I called they said the wait usually 5 to 10mins

I'm always pleased when I come to this store. When I was loading a ton of mulch, two gentleman came to help me load my truck when they saw me in the parking. Huge shoutout to KENDRICK & TAYLOR for going above and beyond. And for the heavy lifting!

I purchased a washing machine from home depot on 2/25/22 for it to be delivered, installed and old washing machine hauled away on 3/2/22. On 3/2/22, the delivery driver brought my washing machine and then did not install it because the delivery driver reported that he could not turn off the water and left my new washing machine in the garage, the old one still connected and stated that a plumber from home depot will come out to install the new washing machine and haul the old one within 24 hours. On 3/3/22, no one from home depot contacted me to follow-up about installation of my new washing machine and I called customer service department. The young lady who I spoke with and have recorded conversation with informed me that the driver/delivery man should have told me that a plumber would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. Mind you, when I bought the washing machine, I was told that I had 48 hours to use it to see if it works before returning it. Now today is 3/3/22, I have yet to receive a call within 24-48 hours from a plumber about installation of my washing machine. I go to home depot and basically the in store representative and the online representatives are pointing the finger at each other. The driver/delivery guy laid and said my water valve needs to be replaced in his documentation and what be told me was that he could not turn the water off. Home depot refuses to give me a refund because it has been past the 48 hour window of when the appliance can be returned which by the way, I still don't know if it works because it is not hooked up. They offered me 10% refund for my compensation of not having a working washing machine of $67.98 and then scheduled for a plumber to come out to my home on 3/9/22. I have loads of laundry that I can't complete because of the horrible customer care this company has provided. I will never purchase any item from this company ever again. I have never had customer service like this before.
