I tried to ask for help, The guy who walks with a slight limp had a really nasty attitude, ignored my question and just said “I don’t know to just try it” he then talked about me under his breath as if I didn’t hear him. He was also being rude to other customers not just me. I do not recommend that location this guy should be fired.

The staff were Very rude. We had just got there and a worker stated “move” to my brother as we were looking at games. He then had an attitude as if he did not want to help us. i do not recommend this location!

The three guys there were not friendly at all slow the place smells! Just bad, I need to go to the other location to get what I wanted even though they had a game box on Shelf smh ?

I’ve been a game informer subscriber for 10+ years and went into this location to renew my subscription. The associate told me game informer is stopping all print magazines next month and I have to go digital. When I called into customer service, they said that’s not the case and switched me back to print. Didn’t appreciate being lied to!

I like to guarantee cuz they guarantee if it doesn't work if you don't like it if it's scratched or whatever return it back for a full refund or trade it in for something else but they do have trade-ins on games and computer stuff for games a little pricey but they have a great guarantee but GameStop is always been the best place for my grandson he loves it I think my grandson might have been raised there by his parents LOL

The staff at this location are always helpful and kind! I always ask 100 questions and they are always happy to answer them all.Carlos is super nice and I never feel like these guys are trying to rip me off.Chase, Reshawn(I hope I spelled it right if not I'm sorry!) And Nathan are also part of this store and all of them are patient when me and my crew (of 5) come through.They also look out for me and if they know I'm looking for something, they let me know when I come in next if they found it!

Carlos is super friendly and always willing to help out. I got some really good deals on my games during the holidays, and managed to save A LOT of money. Highly recommend taking a look at the pre-owned games to get the best bang for your buck. They got some good warranties.Chase is so funny and gives good recs. Super honest about the products and didn't just recommend me the most expensive stuff like other stores do. The best GS I've been to tbh. Will definitely be coming by again.

Gamestop ofcourse is a great place, but this current store should be closed, super rude customer service, there are 2 Hispanic men Carlos and another gentleman didn't get his name but completely these 2 will take advantage and get over on your kid's. Please pay attention and tell your children to pay attention to there money, very disrespectful older men, didn't want to follow gamestop policy and will refuse service from the store when they are wrong. Jonathan Nguyen wrote a fake post about the manager Carlos, how would a customer know you been at gamestop for 15 years lol, please read that fake review lol. Hopefully gamestop will see this man is trying to save himself by lying and manipulating reviews

Please beware of this store location and the manger Carlos, he is very racist towards black people and our children, this 40 plus year old man is very unprofessional and will disrespect you in front of the store and your children. He denied service to my 13 year old, that was completely being respectful.

Today I called gamestop to get the regional manager phone number to report the manager Carlos about his language and attitude toward customers. My child and I listened as this man was very nasty/evil towards a younger woman and her kid's and I wanted to call his boss and report him. A young man by the name of Jacob answered the phone and told me he would get me the information, after about a 4 minute wait,Jacob came back to the phone and said. There is no regional manager and guess who made the young man say that, Carlos the manager. If this gamestop has a manager can you leave a email or contact information. Never will go to this gamestop again
