They don’t have a logging to print the labels on-site very disappointed I have to go to a different location. The manager should’ve solve this because apparently don’t have this service since December

Don’t understand why this is a fedex drop off location. The manager ( he’s) rude and very disrespectful to customers. Just print your own label before going so you don’t have to argue with the manager.

The driver will code 6 your package before leaving the warehouse . Which means FedEx driver don’t deliver package they just ride around wasting gas and consumers money. The driver scan the package code 6 (return to shipper recipient refuse package) and the driver never attempt to deliver it . I had to order a package twice to still never receive it . The driver for zip code 77077 needs to fired ASAP.

I gave an order to a store.Missouri delivered my order to a different adress.I could not find it anywhere.Today I was waiting a different order and Missouri delivered to wrong adress again.I am calling fedex.They do not help me a lot.What should I do plz say me!! I want you to find my orders and deliver to me.To which adress did you deliver!!
