Awful business practices go somewhere else. Used faulty equipment for my repairs when returned was told that I damaged a phone that I never got to use denied refund until I had to call HEB management team hopefully this business is removed from HEB soon.

Always do your research first. Ask questions before they start doing the work. Don’t get dooped. Update 9/25: the new screen that was put on my iphone (oem not available, this is the so-called “premium”) is practically unusable, it has a mind of its own, and the quality of the display is very subpar - the color, resolution, and size of the screen. I was given no info that this screen was going to be sub original prior to the install. In fact, no words were spoken by the tech before he started working on my phone. If i would have known this, I would not have had the screen replaced. This is basic customer service that is greatly appreciated. This is totally unacceptable.

Fast, friendly, reasonable priced. Best choice for your cell repairs.We had a battery issue, needed a replacement. I ordered the battery myself but after some video studies decided I am not capable to get this done without professional help.In and out fixed in less than 30min.
