File my complaint with many more coming. There is a reason why this place isn’t accredited with the BBB ? Attorney General Office next with second opinion from expert mechanic showing diagnostic results and the reason why this place failed to repair the real problem. Thanks for not giving me the owner number . This way is better to contact him officially from the Attorney General’s office.

I will be reporting a formal complaint with TDLR which has a comprehensive enforcement program that investigates and resolves complaints against individuals and entities under our jurisdiction. I have taken my car back to Eurocare three times for the same problem. Each time they have discovered a new code for a problem that did not exist on the previous visit which was only a couple of days prior. This is not acceptable and clearly it is either a gross case of incompetency or a calculated strategy to extort as much money out of customers as possible. I brought my vehicle in for replacement of an Air Compressor which was identified from a suspension diagnostic report from my trusted mechanic who did not have the software to program the replaced Air Compressor. The vehicle was brought in at normal height suspension to Eurocare and they replaced the Air Compressor. Two days later the warning light came back on and the car dropped below normal height. I took the car back in and Eurocare claimed a valve needed to be replaced for an additional cost and they replaced the faulty Air Compressor that they installed. I picked up the car and again after only the first day of driving the light returned indicating there was an issue with the Air Compressor again. So, I returned the car at normal height to get it checked out. The third visit to Eurocare, they found yet another code that was not present before to replace another valve for even more money. Also the vehicle, after checked out by them is again lower than normal height. As a result, now my vehicle has no air suspension , I have spent over $7000, I have to drive my car home with my car below normal height which could damage my air bags and get my car towed to another mechanic because at this point how can I trust them to fix my vehicle after they have failed miserably more than once. Eurocare will not take any responsibility for the work they have performed but continues to insist that additional work and more money is needed for the same exact problem. So, this is definitely not a reputable establishment that anyone should seek out to have their vehicles serviced or repaired. They care nothing about their customers and prey on the unsuspecting. At this point the trust factor is definitely nonexistent and the customer service is atrocious due to the fact that the service rep became aggressive and threatened to call the authorities because I challenged their insistence on the need for additional work on the vehicle and more expense.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there after another mechanic was unable to repair it after 3 days in their shop. Euro care fixed it in one day and charged less. Not only that but they fixed at no charge my windshield washer that was broken for over a year. Another shop wanted over $500 to fix it! This is an honest mechanic!

My husband went there for a diagnosis on Saturday for a coolant check and check engine light. The car before the trip to Eurocare was running. He just needed to put coolant every other day. He was quoted about 6 to 7 thousands in repairs for his audi. However, yesterday four days later he breaks completely down. After reading the 1 star reviews l am quite concerned that the diagnosis did more harm than help.

Beware of word play. Took my car in for a rubbing noise. Figured it was tire related . Euro called and said it was 99% the tire, but it needs an alignment. EURO made of seem like that would help the problem. Then they try to sell you on stuff that I didn't bring the car in for. $500 later.(Alignment, tire rotation and diagnostic) I'll be picking up a car that still has a tire issue.
As I state@ the owner is Euro car care. The manner in which the diagnostic testing is related is very misleading If you lead with your with the tire as the issue and it needs an alignment, naturally one would think, oh, the alignment is part of the issue. The tire itself was the issue. So we paid for an alignment that wasn't necessary to fix the problem and drove out with a vehicle that wasn't fixed. BTW it wasn't Mr Simonton that wrote the review My name is listed as such on the review. You should use it.

It was a mistake that I took my GLS 450 to this shop.
1.My issue was with AC rear end tube tube leak was diagnosed by Mercedes dealership, I told it to Eurocare, showed them where the leak was, they said they did it at cheaper rate on 5/25/24 which cost me $1213 .AC not working within three weeks and I took it back on 6/24 and they said the compressor was leaking and charged me $3000 to replace it along with some other parts associated with it which they said are required so I can get 5 year warranty. Again in 4 weeks same issue with AC happened and I took it back. Kurt lied to me that my issue is blend door actuator,tried to make me pay 450 to repair it, told me there is no leak of refrigerant,lied that they checked it and the pressure was good, and harassed me in front of other customers.
2. I took it to dealership, they said nothing was done to the rear end tube leak by Eurocare. So the leak of tubing was still there and they said it's compressor and changed it and made me pay 3000 for that.
Now I paid at the dealership to actually fix the tube leak.
3. Talk about the issues in the reply.
You didn't fix the tube leak, instead told me it's compressor the second time, and also third time made up HVAC door actuator. Any reply? I am telling truth here. Also have recordings and proof of all of them. I have no issue to anyone personally or to the store. But don't want anyone loot my money. I only did one review not three as you accused in your reply. That's this one.
Also don't worry, I wouldn't bring my car to your shop even if I have to repair it myself
I asked to talk to technician because you didn't give a complete diagnostic report after me paying $185. One thing you should do is be honest, tell the truth if you cannot fix it or you messed up the first time. Own your mistake and move on.
Under the law, it is illegal to:
1.knowingly make a false or misleading statement about the need for parts, replacement or repair service;
2.state that work has been done or parts were replaced when that is not true;
3.represent that goods are original or new, when in fact they are second-hand or refurbished
Kurt was talking in a rude way and before testing anything he said it's probably a new issue.I said just run diagnostics, and he charged me 185 and told me it's the door actuator issue.I paid the $185 and asked them if there is a leak. Philip told me we cannot guarantee there is no leak. Then Kurt came and started yelling at me, I almost had a heart attack. He said the mechanic was so busy and didn't had time to put it in the system that there is no leak, but he was yelling that there is no leak. I wanted to talk to the technician and while I was sitting there waiting, he started talking, again yelling at me. I told him to lower his voice. But he was telling me I am the problem, where within three month time period I paid 4200 plus 185 today and still got yelled at by the guy. May be because I am a woman. Kurt lied that they checked for leak, and there is no leak. Next day Trey called me and checked it and said there is a leak , and he said there is no issue with the actuator.I had a sleepless night and Panic attack from Kurt yelling at me .
Being a General Manager, he lied and on top have the audacity to yell at me in front of the customers of which I have recording.
His word There is no leak of refrigerant, the pressure was good and When I asked about why it is not written on the paper he said the mechanic forgot to put it in the system.
Kurt has to apologize for harassing me , causing Panic attack and lying to me. Also he said the warranty of compressor they offered (5 years) will be invalid if I check and fix my AC at dealership

Absolute scam. Sorry excuse of a workshop. You are better off watching a YouTube video and trying to fix the car yourself than go to these clowns to get your car fixed. You might end up having more problems than you started with and be down thousands of dollars. They will make you come back again and again stating different problems while your car has the same issue. There is a reason for the large amount of 1 star reviews and most of the 5 stars are probably faked. Do not go this workshop if you value your money and your car.

My husband did an appointment for my Audi car in just 2 days. They performed the 120k service in around 4 hours. They offered a ride to home while they were doing the service. My car is in good shape. I will continue to go to this shop. Thanks
