Today my granddaughter and her friend went to make purchases at the Dollar General located at 1783 Texas Parkway Missouri City. The hours show 8am - 10pm but they arrived 6:53pm. We tried the door and the door was locked but there was 1 person in the store with 2 employees. The sign on the closed early due to low staff signed low staff. What type of service are they providing closed due to low staff please this explain to your customers. I understand this happening quite often so this need to have better service to your customers.

The store more organized than others, but I came to the store at 9:40 pm to get two items. And the male worker already had the door locked and was waiving everyone away. He said the store was closed. I confirmed that it says 10 pm, he says he closes the store 20 mins early.

I love this store! I was in there on this past Sunday 5/26 and I left a bag with 3 items in it that I really needed...I couldn't reach the store by phone so I finally got a chance to go into the store today and the young lady working there checked the cameras for me and gave me my items back! I was so appreciative! Now this is excellent customer service.

These ignorant dummies have 10pm closing time but was closed when I showed up at 9:45p. Needless to say, I'm pissed!!

Great Customer service! Can't remember the last time a manager introduced themselves to me. Greg's Customer service was on point. He was very professional I can tell Customer Service is a priority for him!

I am always greeted when I enter the store. The employees are friendly, personable, efficient and helpful. I shop at this DG during my work lunch hour. They have a good variety of merchandise at a decent price. I can power shop without the hassle of a crowd

They always close before 10pm. If you need something at 9 pm better don't go there because they close up earlier so they can go home by 10pm. They don't respect the schedule or the customers.

At any given time this location will be closed with a hand written sign. Be back in an hour! Just skip it and go to another location and save the gas money!

So we come to purchase a dog bed and the store was locked then the girl come to the door with a bonnet on her head and slides on talking about we closed (5:09) she was rude and the other she couldn’t even exchange a cord she bought

This store practices false advertisement. The shelf states one price but there system rings you up for more. I called them out on it and they said too bad. Called the manager and all she did was argue. Also they are very RACIST ! If you are white, Do not shop at this location.
