Don't lose your hard earned money. I am writing this review to help others. PLEASE read so you can choose wisely. I signed up for a policy for my son last year. He was on auto pay every 6 months. The Dewayne Armstrong Allstate in Missouri City Texas had him under 2 policies and drafted $1024 on Jan 10, 2024 and $1080 on Jan 17th. After calling Allstate, of course they couldn't track it down therefore I called Chase Bank to have one payment reversed. Next I called the Dewayne Armstrong Allstate office and a rep. Chasten told me to cancel the other policy and they would work told getting the other one reinstated. Well she never called back so I called her and then she said let me look into it. Then she did nothing for a week so I called again and she said let me look into it. Then the next day sends me a text message saying that my policy could not be reinstated and I only received a partial refund for the money they drafted. After she see I wouldn't give up she referred me to Mr. Armstrong who didn't do anything but apologized for the overpayment. Now they asked for more money to reinstate and still denied me insurance. Now I'm Told Dewayne is out of town and can't call for 3 days. PLEASE PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER Allstate OFFICE. Taking extra money from a person is THEFT. I pride myself in maintaining excellent credit so I take this matter seriously.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Armstrong’s Allstate office. Everyone is always so polite and very helpful when I call to get information or change my policy. Elaine knows who I am when I call and I trust her with my Insurance needs. I have been with Allstate for over 15 years.
