Really nice people around the store. Clean location and offering help during my time there. Got my attention the pharmacist with so many customers, some of themgiving her hard time and she never stop smiling and being polite. Definitely a good experience there!

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I don't know if communication needs to improve, or staff does, but prescriptions are frequently "ready" only for them to not be ready for at least another hour when you get there.

Arrived at the drive up pickup at 5:57 for my prescription. The car in front of me drove off at 6:02 and I pulled up to the window and the pharmacist told me they were closed and open tomorrow at 8 AM, then walked away. It was rude that I waited only for them to not even show a concern. The customer service at this location has always been the absolute worst. If not for the closeness to my home, I would NEVER go here.

The Pharmacy service is amazing. They are so helpful and organized even during Covid, vaccine administration and phones ringing. I have the greatest admiration for them staying focused and friendly under pressure.

We made an appointment for my child’s Covid vaccine. We had arrived to there 30 min before. The pharmacist said that you have to wait. My child was afraid. That’s why I asked her to do it a few minutes ago. But , unfortunately she didn’t help us for this situation. she told us we had to sit and wait for it. My son's first vaccination experience was very bad because of this behavior of the pharmacist. Although a man did not have an appointment while we were waiting, she vaccinated before us. I condemn this behavior.

Worse customer service and very rude pharmacist. I’ve been here multiple times and she’s never happy. Makes me sad for her. Today she was leaving rude messages on patient’s voice mails for not showing up for their second doses of the Covid shots

This CVS has the worst pharmacy service I’ve ever experienced. I continually try to give them another chance and always leave frustrated. Pharmacist is on a power trip and offers zero help to solve problems. Don’t waste your time.

Joe Thomas, who was the manager on duty at the time I went in to the store was MARVELOUS. His customer service is beyond this world. Makes me want to go in to the store every single day! Definitely give this cvs a visit and meet joe for yourself!

Joe Thomas, who is a manager on duty at this location but falsely represents himself to be a manager, is a very rude person and unkind to customers. He also selectively refuses to honor CVS coupons from those long CVS receipts. Avoid at all costs!!!

For some reason CVS thinks they can get away with charging $3-$4 more than everyone else. The only reason I've come here is for the passport photo but, of course, the machine is broken. I'd give them 1 star, but at least they have Apple Pay.
