I could have given negative star. They need to learn customer service. Many times, I have come here for medication for refill. If you are ready to wait 30 min each time. Than come here. I don’t have any option as my company gives me discounted med from CVS. Otherwise I won’t be coming here. Period.

My husband recently had surgery and needed a pain medication refilled. This pharmacy would not refill the prescription because it was one day before they felt the refill date should be even though the doctor called to authorize it. This was aggravating and my husband suffered in pain throughout the night. However, they did fill the prescription the next morning and had it ready first thing. I guess I can, on some level understand their point of view given the prescription was for a narcotic and the pharmacies are restricted by state regulations. But, I still feel they should have accepted the doctor's authorization. I'm giving them four stars because they prioritized his prescription the next morning once they felt they could fill it. Just glad it was only one day! Overall, service is good at this location and they do try to be helpful. This is our pharmacy of choice.

Slowest pharmacy ever! That's the review! I had one prescription. Thought when I finally got to the drive thru window, at least mine would be fast. I think they fill it when you get there. If there are three cars in front of you expect to be there at least a half hour to 45 minutes in the drive thru. Ridiculous.

I was almost denied medication because the Indian who barly spoke clear English had never seen a national ID card that was not a state of Texas ID and asked me to come back or he would not give me my medicine without a driver license. I've never had this problem at any of the hundreds of locations and I do not have a driver license. I have an American National ID that is accepted by TSA. And if I had not found an old state ID I would be headed right back to the emergency room. This is highly unacceptable and I will NEVER come back to this location an maybe find another pharmacy. I think he knew I was going to report him because he stuttered hard when I ask his name. And I've never met a clear Hindu named John, and I know families of them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not one to post reviews, neither positive nor negative. I feel compelled after experiencing the worst service at any retail establishment. Also I'm shocked with the condition of the store. I'd rather go anywhere but to this cvs...

This location is rude, disrespectful, and they all should be fired or get some customers service training. I get a reminder at 8:32am today to pick up my meds. I go at 2:15 today and they say you don’t have any meds. I then say you sent me a reminder he says you must have the wrong CVS……sad. I say my text is wrong he say you don’t medication sent to us. Big as day 6220 Sienna pkwy and now I’m arguing with this rep. CVS have real dummies working here. I rather drive 20 minutes than to deal with their nonsense. The worst CVS in the world I’m sure.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have an awful experience, wait a year or so and try again. Always the same. No one moving with any urgency. 8 people working the pharmacy, but all moving really slowly. Closed the window at 1:26 for their 1:30 lunch in the middle of helping me and told me to comeback.

Shelves are empty, items are either in the wrong place or have the wrong sales price. I was purchasing an item and it had a yellow sales sticker in front of the product. Went to the register and it didn't ring up for the sale price. The manager was trying to charge me the original price but it wasn't my fault they mispriced.

I don't do much shopping at CVS, I find their prices exceptionally HIGH but when they have sales such as "buy one get one free", it makes shopping here worthwhile. Anyways, we stopped by this CVS on a whim while heading home. This isn't our usual CVS but our usual CVS is always out of the items we need so we stopped at a new-to-us location with our fingers crossed they'd have it. Unfortunately, that was a big fat no on that. Bonus stars on the lady that helped me tho- OMG! She was beyond friendly and helpful. Superb customer service despite them not having what I was looking for. We left empty handed but with a smile on our faces from the wonderful assistance.

As mentioned complete inept boobs stated they didn't have the medication available. The largest pharmacy in the world not having this medication.Again, proves my point on how inept and terrible this pharmacy is.I will file a lawsuit against them. I'm losing my eyesight in my right eye and they still won't fill my subscription.Stay away from these idiots!!
