it's 6:12pm on Jan 30th and I went through the drive thru because I have Covid and my elderly mother is starting to display the same symptoms. the doctors calls in a prescription but it's not going to be ready today so I ask for Mucinex DM. The pharmacist attendant in drive thru has it but cannot scan the purchase from drive through. So she seeks help from more senior employees behind her and they tell her to tell me to come in and buy it at the kiosk. I explained to them that I have COVID. we went back and forth 3 times about this as I explained. I HAVE COVID. They didn't care and told me to come into the VERY PACKED building with people to buy the OTC. deplorable and I'm disgusted with you all. I work in healthcare too, you know good and very well that's unethical.

CVS management need more employees, really awkward to have employees on same side of register checking out customers - very stranger danger especially in time of covid. Suggest clean bathrooms (disinfect sink, floors, air) - one bathroom broken. Walgreens is better, service and atmosphere and cleanliness.

I do not understand why the pharmacist does not know how to wear a mask. Flimsy 1 layer cloth mask under her nose. Got news for you. Lots of vulnerable, sick people are at the pharmacy.

Horrendous customer service. Double checked the price of my prescription before I left at 6:30pm and was quoted $33. Returned at 8pm and was told $76, that this was not her fault, but the websites fault for giving her the incorrect quote. She followed that up by saying there was nothing she could do except give me the script back to take somewhere else, at 8pm. Right before most of the local pharmacy's in the area closed. By far the worst customer service I have ever received at any pharmacy in my entire life. Had to wait until the next morning to pick up my script. I was only able to get about an hour and a half of sleep. Thanks a bunch CVS pharmacy!

03/12/2019. Cvs pharmacy needs to have call monitoring and quality control.. They have the worst customer service. I called the pharmacy at the corner of Dulles at 2781 Dulles Avenue, Missouri City, TX 77459 Road. Spoke to Edwin to have my prescription transferred from the Walmart pharmacy.. He told me to call them and ask them to send it to us. He said that When we call they put us on a long hold, so we do not call them . Then I called Walmart, the lady there ask me to have cvs Call them. And same guy Edwin came over. Without asking me any of information. He put me on a long hold 15 mins plus. I hung up called back. I wasted. Another 15 mins because This guy had the phone on a music. Finally I called HEB. and got my prescription order in less than 5 mins. No wonder businesses are going bankrupt. It is Mainly because of bad customer service. Please Hire hard working employees.

We have had multiple problems with this pharmacy: I have waited 16 minutes on hold, they don't call when they don't have my medication and tell me to wait from Friday until Monday when I go to pick it up, they have employees that don't come to the window in a timely manner, the pharmacist didn't even come to the customer when told she would, and it's a crap shoot about whether they will ever have what you need. We are done with this location. I wish our insurance would let us return to WALGREENS on LEXINGTON.

This pharmacy is ridiculous and advise NEVER GO THERE. They gave my son a bottle of anitbiotics with no sealed lid and a bag with an open bottom, and the meds fell right out spilling all over the ground. Then, I am told they won't do anything to fix it, despite their negligence, and now I have to wait another few days for a new prescription for my son who has a fever and likely will now need an ER visit. I will be transferring to Walgreens.

Ms Mary is the only one there with common since. If I don't feel my perception at this location it's the one on Buffalo Speedway near my job. All the systems are connected and if I wasn't able to get it at one I would just pick it up at the other. Not today though, I called in from work today because I'm not feeling well and the pharmacist today told me I needed to drive to my job if I wanted my medicine. I'll never shop at this CVS again! I'll stop by Walgreens before I ever go to the Dulles location.

The pharmacist and Tech are amazing here the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine everyone is kind and friendly and always helpful I appreciate their assistance and they always have the items that I need in stock. It's very conveniently located and I come here frequently.

Rude employees. Got there 10 min before they closed and the woman made a big deal about me trying to buy a bag of chips. Well I won't trouble ya again.
