Banker Victoria was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING when providing notary services. We signed seconds before she walked in and she refused to notarize due to prior signature ( the same happened at the bank with no issue prior which tells me it can be discretionary). However the real issue here is the MANNER in which she relayed her messaging and spoke to us. It was very rude and corporate will be notified. She needs to be coached on proper customer service.

ATM's NEVER work here! I don't even bank with them my husband does and is always frustrated. He has to drive further out of the way every time. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

Do not understand the bad reviews. This bank always goes above and beyond every time I come here. The staff is very friendly they treat me like I am family. I highly recommend this bank for any business or personal needs. Some of the reviews are non sense, a bunch of adults whining they have to wait or not get what they want lol.

I’m not sure if it was this branch or another one in the city. Met with personal banker Deshavian Williams! Smelled strictly like marijuana! Eyes were low and red! I wanted to get up and immediately get security. I felt dismissed he probably paid more attention to his phone than my banking concerns! I’m not sure who chase is hiring! Or if they even drug test! This was unacceptable!! For this I will not be returning to this location, something needs to be done about this.

Hate this branch. Went there to notarize a document, asked me to wait then the girl/employee told me to just come back tomorrow because they’re about to close! very poor customer service.

2nd time we went to this branch to open an additional account. They asked us to make an appointment and come back another time. I've never had to that in the past at any other branch We decided it would be easier to open an account at Wells Fargo next door !! They did not ask us to come back on another day !!!

I went to this branch a few times, and the branch manager Tammy happen to help me each time. She is very detailed oriented, efficient and patient. Love their services!

No branch is perfect, but I will say this, when I've had problems with a couple of the tellers, I've taken it to the branch manager every time & she got it resolved quickly & the problem was never repeated. Mr. A Garcia has also helped me to resolve quite a few issues over the years. Everyone here for the most part are kind, professional & proficient. The bank is clean, reasonably efficient during three most challenging transactional traffic. I've used the restroom in this location several times as a customer without hesitation or gripe; although, it would be nice to have the option, like some other banks do that actually provide relief options publicly. Can they improve? Of Course, but overall great location.

Walk in for assistance and told only one banker working and they are booked. Hmmm, if you’re that busy and booked then perhaps shouldn’t you have more bankers working? Once again another big company not caring about their customers and be available for their needs. Much cheaper to pay one banker than more.

Went in to discuss options for my accounts and am told they only have one banker and he's fully booked. That's pretty ridiculous, if one banker is booked then you should bring in more bankers since you're obviously busy. Now looking to leave chase since I can never get assistance when I need it.
