Do not understand the bad reviews. This bank always goes above and beyond every time I come here. The staff is very friendly they treat me like I am family. 2nd time we went to this branch to open an additional account. They asked us to make an appointment and come back another time. I've never had to that in the past at any other branch We decided it would be easier to open an account at Wells Fargo next door !! They did not ask us to come back on another day !!!

I went to this branch a few times, and the branch manager Tammy happen to help me each time. She is very detailed oriented, efficient and patient. Love their services!
