My fiancée and I recently opened a joint account with Chase Bank and the whole experience was outstanding! From the moment we walked into the branch, the staff were very professional and friendly. The account manager explained all the details and advantages of a joint account and patiently answered all our questions. The entire process was efficient and smooth, and the required documents and steps were clear. It is particularly worth mentioning that Chase Bank’s online banking system is very convenient, and both account management and transaction operations are very convenient. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with Chase Bank and would highly recommend it to other friends who need to open a joint account for couples!

Typical Chase branch building, which is a good thing. Upon entering, I was greeted by 3 different people, all of whom were friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait in line for long, because one team member offered to help me in their cubicle. Was in and out within 10 minutes.

The very nice and professional worker here
. Mrs. Debby helped me print out my 2 closed bank statements account during kinda busy Day.
She very patiently to all my questions. Trust me , not everyone’s I asked in the past would help me right away to resolve this problem.
This is really important that I need it ASAP because I have to submit all the bank's documents to the court Trustee. There was a deadline and I was so happy that Mrs. Debby printed all my closed bank statements the right way.
She took her time to help me so I don't see why I can't take at least 5 minutes to write a nice review for her and Chase Bank.
Now, I'm thinking of switching back from Wells Fargo and banking with Chase again.

If I could a 0 that's exactly what they would get. Went in to deposit my check and was told you can't deposit it because my husband name is also on the account along with mine! Well my name is on the account! I have been a Customer over 20 years when it was Savings of America. The customer rep Linda has the nastiest attitude she slid my check back and said you need to go see Martha. Martha who was very nice sent me over to another banker who was appalled as well and said your name is right here I said I know! After she politely deposited my check I walked back over to inform nastiest Linda I would be making a complaint. I deposit and withdrawal out my account all the time. Linda do better your attitude is always nasty with customers. You were nasty when you notarized papers for me a few months ago. I definitely will be speaking to the branch manager.

I went here to this bank to have a notary signature which I do every year for a document for my parents. I have had the same document signed by different notaries for the last 6 years without any hassles whatsoever but the notary here is the most arrogant individual I have come across so unbecoming of a bank employee. He had such an attitude in notarizing the document as if he was the only notary in all of Texas I just took the paper away and went a UPS office nearby and they notarized the document in under 5 mins. If for a simple thing this chase branch treats it's customers like this I can only imagine how they treat other customers with more complex requests..I will never bank or step foot into this branch again!!!

My personal banker, Rayhon Lemon, went out of her way to respond to my concerns. Very disappointed in Chase, but very satisfied with the care shown by Ms Lemon (Colony Lakes).

Worst customer service EVER! I went in to get a Medallion Guarantee (like a notary) and they wouldn't do it. I've been a customer for 6 years there! As soon as I can I guess I'll close my accounts and change to a credit union or bank who believes in customer service!!

I’d I could give them a double zero, I would. One of their tellers applied our deposit to someone else’s account. They don’t answer the phone at all and it’s been terrible trying to get them to correct a mistake THEY made. I’m thinking of taking our banking elsewhere!
