My Bank for 20+ years. Perk: I can get 2 dollar bills at mine. Just a good personable experience every time I need info or other.

Typical Chase branch building, which is a good thing. Upon entering, I was greeted by 3 different people, all of whom were friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait in line for long, because one team member offered to help me in their cubicle. Was in and out within 10 minutes.

My personal banker, Rayhon Lemon, went out of her way to respond to my concerns. Very disappointed in Chase, but very satisfied with the care shown by Ms Lemon (Colony Lakes).
