“I was about to get my car washed but left it’s a weather advisory for this heat and I just couldn’t not see myself having other humans working in this type of Texas heat. I love coming here and will certainly continue to get my business this post is for the workers please get them some tents or coverage from this direct sunlight. It’s unbearable out in the summer. “Good company, firstly you pay the washing price, i paid 14 usd for washing car and washing tyres too. Then car was washed in the machine not very fast not very slow, good time for washing. Then car was dried with blower motors. After that you can use vacuum and blower machine and towels and glass cleaner and leather cleaner, all of these are for free. And you clean your car and use machine under the tent. That is important because houston heat is extremely high. Thank you Mister Car Wash”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”

“Great experience at the facility a few weeks ago. Foam from brush was more than sufficient. Wax and conditioner were pretty well too! Make sure to hit "stop" button twice to avoid timer continually running if using debit or credit card. It shows you your final total when you do so at the machine after pressing stop twice.”
