“I had several issues with my car that I drove across country, but Trevor was great. He tried to get the car I wanted (but unfortunately it was not possible. When I arrived to pick it up, he gave me a tutorial on the electronics and was very patient with me. He texted me over my cross-country adventure to check on everything. When a couple of issues arose, he did his best to make it a pleasant experience and guide me thru the process. Overall, I had a great rental experience and it was due to the customer service that Trevor provided. Thank you!!”
